Հայաստանի համայնքների միությունը նոյեմբերի 10-ին անցկացրեց ավանդական դարձած «Լավագույն համայնք» մրցանակաբաշխությունը։ Հաղթողները որոշվել են հատուկ ձևավորված մրցութային հանձնաժողովի կողմից, ովքեր գնահատել են ստացված հայտերը։

«Լավագույն համայնք 2017» անվանակարգում հաղթեց Շիրակի մարզի Արթիկ քաղաքը։ «Տարվա լավագույն նշանակալից առաջընթաց արձանագրած համայնք 2017» անվանակարգում հաղթող ճանաչվեցին Արմավիրի մարզի Էջմիածին քաղաքը և Արարատի մարզի Ուրցաձոր համայնքը։ Էջմիածնի քաղաքապետ Կարեն Գրիգորյանը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց և ասաց, որ շատ հուսադրող է իրենց համար նմանատիպ մրցանակ ստանալը։

«Մենք կաշխատենք և կանենք ավելին։ Այժմ ծրագրեր ունենք իրականացնելու, որոնցից է, օրինակ՝ արևային էներգիայից հոսանք ստանալը։ Վստահ եմ՝ պետություն-համայնք ճիշտ համագործակցությունը զարգացնելու է ոլորտը»,- ասաց Կարեն Գրիգորյանը։

«Բարեկարգ համայնք 2017» անվանակարգում հաղթել են Արմավիրի մարզի Լեռնագոգ համայնքը, ինչպես նաև Կոտայքի մարզի Ծաղկաձոր համայնքը։

«Մշակութային լավագույն համայնք 2017»՝ Շիրակի մարզի Գյումրի և Կոտայքի մարզի Բյուրեղավան քաղաքները։ «Մաքուր համայնք 2017» մրցանակին են արժանացել Արարատի մարզի Աշտարակ քաղաքն ու Լոռու մարզի Թումանյան համայնքը։

ՀՀ ՏԻՄ համակարգի ներդրման 21-ամյակի առթիվ ՀՀ վարչապետի հուշամեդալով պարգևատրվեցին Կոտայքի մարզի Աբովյան քաղաքի ղեկավար Վահագն Գևորգյանը, Սյունիքի մարզի Մեղրի համայնքի ղեկավար Մխիթար Զաքարյանը, Վայոց Ձորի մարզի Զառիթափ համայնքի ղեկավար Սիմոն Բաբայանը։ Տեղի ունեցավ նաև ՀՀ վարչապետի պատվոգրերի հանձնման արարողություն։ Պարգևատրվեցին՝ Կոտայքի մարզի Չարենցավան համայնքի ղեկավար Հակոբ Շահբազյանը, Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Սևան համայնքի ղեկավար Սարգիս Մուրադյանը, Արագածոտնի մարզի Կարմիր համայնքի ղեկավար Կարեն Բաղդասարյանը:

«Լավագույն համայնք» մրցանակաբաշխությունը նպատակ ունի ավելի թափանցիկ ու հրապարակային դարձնել համայնքների գործունեությունը։ Այսպիսով ձևավորվում է առողջ մրցակցություն՝ խթանելով տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների գործունեության արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը։ Մրցանակաբաշխությունն անց է կացվում 2006 թվականից։
