ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչության Դիլիջանի քննչական բաժնում ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցներ՝ Տավուշի տարածքում հայտնաբերված դիակի ինքնությունը, սպանության  հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

2017 թվականի նոյեմբերի 11-ին՝ Իջևան-Ճամբարակ ավտոճանապարհի խաչմերուկից շուրջ 600 մետր դեպի Իջևան քաղաքի ուղղությամբ՝ ճանապարհի աջ մասով հոսող գետի ափին, հայտնաբերվել է իգական սեռի դիակ՝ մասամբ հոշոտված։ Դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերվել են նաև հագուստներ և այլ իրեր:

Փորձագետների հետ կատարված դիակի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել են բռնության հետքեր, այդ թվում՝ գլխի հատվածում։

ՀՀ ՔԿ Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչության Դիլիջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ կնոջ սպանության դեպքի առթիվ ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով։

Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, ինչպես նաև՝ դատակենսաբանական, դատահետքաբանական համալիր փորձաքննություններ: Հանձնարարություններ են տրվել ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումներին՝ օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումներ իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ։

Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ դիակի ինքնությունը և դեպքի իրական հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ: 

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
