Ճոճկանի մանկապարտեզում արձանագրվել են աղիքային վարակիչ հիվանդություններ

 Լոռու մարզի Ճոճկան համայնքի մանկապարտեզում նոյեմբերի 6-ից 10-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում արձանագրվել է աղիքային վարակիչ հիվանդությունների բռնկում, որի ընթացքում հիվանդացել է 8 երեխա, նրանցից  5-ը հոսպիտալացվել է Ալավերդու բժշկական կենտրոն, 3-ը բուժումը ստանում է ամբուլատոր պայմաններում: Հիվանդներից 4-ը հայտնաբերվել են ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության մասնագետների կողմից իրականացված բակային համայցերի արդյունքում: Հիվանդների վիճակը գնահատվել է միջին և թեթև, ծանր ընթացքով դեպքեր չեն արձանագրվել:  Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից:

Ներկայումս ստացիոնար բուժում է ստանում 2, ամբուլատոր՝ 3 հիվանդ։ Բոլորի առողջական վիճակը գնահատվում է բավարար:

Հիվանդության վարակի աղբյուրը, առաջացման պատճառը բացահայտելու և հետագա տարածումը կանխելու նպատակով ՀՀ ԱՆ «Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնի» կողմից բոլոր տնային օջախներում և մանկապարտեզում իրականացվել են համաճարակաբանական հետազոտություններ և հակահամաճարակային ու կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումներ, այդ թվում՝ ախտահանում:

Համաճարակաբանական հետազոտությունների շրջանակում կատարվել են մանկապարտեզի սննդամթերքի նմուշառումներ, ինչպես նաև կենսանմուշներ են վերցվել սաներից (հիվանդներ և նրանց կոնտակտավորներ) և աշխատակիցներից՝ լաբորատոր հետազոտության նպատակով:

Լաբորատոր հետազոտությունների արդյունքում հիվանդների, կոնտակտավոր երեխաների և մանկապարտեզի աշխատակիցների մոտ հայտնաբերվել է շիգելլա (մանրէային դիզենտերիայի հարուցիչ) և ռոտավիրուս:

Մանկապարտեզից վերցված սննդամթերքի լաբորատոր հետազոտության արդյունքում պանրի և մակարոնով փլավի նմուշներում հայտնաբերվել է ռոտավիրուս:

Համաճարակաբանական և լաբորատոր հետազոտությունների արդյունքներով Լոռու մարզի Ճոճկան համայնքի մանկապարտեզի սաների շրջանում աղիքային վարակիչ հիվանդությունների առաջացման հավանական պատճառը մանկապարտեզում սննդամթերքի երկրորդային ախտոտումն է, որի համար աղբյուր են հանդիսացել մանկապարտեզի այն աշխատակիցները, ում մոտ լաբորատոր հետազոտության արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել է շիգելլոզ և ռոտավիրուսային վարակ:

Բռնկման տեղայնացման և վերացման նպատակով իրավասու մարմիններին առաջարկվել է ժամանակավորապես փակել Ճոճկանի մանկապարտեզը՝ մինչև վարակի աղբյուրի չեզոքացումը և փոխանցման մեխանիզմների ընդհատումը: Միաժամանակ գյուղում իրականացվել է աղիքային վարակների վերաբերյալ գիտելիքների տարածում:
