ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Նորքի ինֆեկցիոն հիվանդանոցից դատապարտյալ Թելման Ալավերդյանի փախուստի դեպքի առթիվ։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի 
տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, ՀՀ ԱՆ «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ի  դատապարտյալ, 1987թ. ծնված Թելման Ալավերդյանը, առողջական խնդիրների կապակցությամբ 10.11.2017թ.-ին տեղափոխվել է Նորքի ինֆեկցիոն հիվանդանոց և պահվել նշված հիվանդանոցի մեծահասակների 5-րդ բաժանմունքի հիվանդասենյակում։ Նախնական տվյալներով՝ օգտվելով իր նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող՝ պաշտոնատար անձ հանդիսացող ՀՀ ԱՆ «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ի աշխատակիցների կողմից ծառայության նկատմամբ դրսևորած անփույթ վերաբերմունքից՝ դատապարտյալը հիվանդասենյակի սանհանգույցից օգտվելու պատրվակով նոյեմբերի 14-ին՝ ժամը 04։00-ի սահմաններում, մտել է սանհանգույց, ապա՝ դեպի ընդհանուր բաց պատշգամբ դուրս եկող դռնով դիմել փախուստի:

Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 315-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին և 355-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասերով, ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։ 

Քրեական գործի շրջանակներում իրականացված որոնողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում փախուստի դիմած դատապարտյալը հայտնաբերվել է։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռնրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանվածկարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
