Չեն հանդարտվում կրքերը տիկին Նաղդալյանի երկու միլիոնի հետ կապված։ Ինչպես հայտնի է, մեր՝ հարկատուներիս հաշվին, վճարվում են նաև երեսփոխանների հեռախոսներից որոշները։ Նրանցից է նաև ԱԺ փոխխոսնակ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը։ Մայիս ամսին, նրա հեռախոսային վճարը կազմել էր երկու միլիոն դրամ։ Ու ահա, տիկինը որոշել է մեկնաբանել այս ամենը։

«Հեռախոսս փչացած ա եղել, 3G-ին չի անջատվել, դրանից ա եղել»: Այս մասին այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 14-ին, ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշել է ԱԺ նախկին փոխնախագահ, ԵԽԽՎ պատվիրակության նախկին նախագահ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը՝ անդրադառնալով մամուլի տեղեկություններին, ըստ որի, 2017-ի մայիսին, մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում Հերմինե Նաղդալյանի հեռախոսային խոսակցությունների համար մոտ 2 միլիոն դրամ է վճարվել բյուջեի հաշվին: «Մի ամսվա չէ, մի քանի օր 3G-ին չի անջատվել»։

Լրագրողներից մեկը դիտարկում է արել, համաձայն որի, տիկին Նաղդալյանն այդ հեռախոսով խոսել է Չինաստանում գտնվող որդու հետ։ Բնական է, որ տիկինն այդ փաստը չի ընդունել։

Բայց ի՞նչ է նշանակում փչացած է եղել։ Իհարկե սա աբսուրդի ժանրից է։ Եթե անգամ ընդունենք, որ հեռախոսը փչացած է եղել, ամեն դեպքում, դա կոչվում է պետությանն անզգուշությամբ վնաս հասցնել։ Չնայած դեռ սմարթֆոն արտադրողները երկար կմտորեն այն հարցի շուրջ, թե տիկին Նաղդալյանի հեռախոսն այդ ինչպիսի՞ մուտացիայի է ենթարկվել, որ միայն ինտերնետն է միացած մնացել։ 

Ցանկացած բարեկիրթ երկրում, սա բավական էր, որպեսզի, հարկատուները մեղմ ասած, տային մի քանի հոգու գլուխ ջարդեին ու վնասի փոխհատուցման պահանջ ներկայացնեին։ Սակայն սա Հայաստանն է։ Շվեդիայի վարչապետներից մեկի հրաժարականի պատճառ հանդիսացավ այն հանգամանքը, որ նա կանխիկ գումարը մոռացել էր, իր մոտ գտնվող կառավարական քարտից մեկ շիշ կոլա էր գնել։ Իսկ սա Սերժի երազած Հայաստանն է։
