Ազգային ժողովում քննարկվում է աղմկահարույց «Զինվորական ծառայության եւ զինծառայողի կարգավիճակի մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ ընդունելու մասին հարցը:

Զարմանալիորեն, երկրորդ ընթերցմանը չի մասնակցում Վիգեն Սարգսյանը։ Հետաքրքիր է, ու՞ր է նա։ Հիմնական զեկուցողը նրա տեղակալ Արտակ Զաքարյանն է:

Հիշեցնենք, որ սրան զուգահեռ, տարկետման իրավունքը սահմանափակելու դեմ արդեն մեկ շաբաթ դասադուլ հայտարարած ուսանողներից 5-ը հացադուլ են հայտարարել: Այս մասին հայտնել է «Հանուն գիտության զարգացման» նախաձեռնության անդամ Դավիթ Պետրոսյանը, ով եւս հացադուլավորների մեջ է:

«Մենք մի քանի ուսանողներով, որոնցից 4-ը՝ ծառայած, այսօրվանից սկսում ենք հացադուլ լսարաններից մեկում, որի անունը չենք ասում: Հացադուլի նպատակն է հասարակական անտարբերության, ինչպես նաեւ տարկետման իրավունքը սահմանափակող օրինագծի դեմ պայքարը»,-հայտարարեց Դավիթ Պետրոսյանը:

Վիգեն Սարգսյանի բացակայությունը կարող է ունենալ մի քանի հիմնավոր պատճառներ։ Առաջին պատճառը դա կարող է լինել ընկճախտը, որն առաջացել է հասարակության բավականին բացասական արձագանքից հետո։

Երկրորդ պատճառը կարող է լինել ուսանողների կտրուկ քայլը՝ հացադուլի գնալը։ Իհարկե, մենք տեսել ենք բազմաթիվ դեպքեր, երբ մարդիկ իրենց պահանջների համար հացադուլ են հայտարարում, սակայն դրական լուծում այդպես էլ չի լինում։ Ասել կուզե՝ հացադուլը, որպես պայքարի մեթոդ, սպառել է իրեն։ Սակայն այն կարող է նեղություն տալ Վիգեն Սարգսյանին։

Երրորդ պատճառը կարող է լինել անցանկալի հարցերից խուսափելը։ Ինչպես հայտնի է, Հանրապետության զինվորական կոմիսարիատից հայտնել են, որ Վիգեն Սարգսյանի տարկետման իրավունքի փաստաթղթերը ոչնչացված են։ Սա իհարկե լուրջ հանցագործություն է։ Հայտնվելով ԱԺ-ում, նա կարող է ընկնել հարցերի տարափի տակ։

Ամեն դեպքում, ցանկացած պատճառի առկայության պարագայում, իրականությունից փախուստը պատիվ չի բերում Վիգեն Սարգսյանին։
