«Վնեշէկոնոմբանկ» Ռուսաստանի զարգացման բանկը և «ՓՄՁ ներդրումներ» ՈւՎԿ ՓԲԸ-ն սահմանել են երկկողմ համագործակցության ոլորտները` արդյունաբերություն, տրանսպորտ, նորարարություններ, ՏՏ և հեռահաղորդակցություն: Համապատասխան հուշագիրը ստորագրվել է 2017 թվականի նոյեմբերի 15-ին:

Փաստաթուղթը ստորագրել են «Վնեշէկոնոմբանկի» նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ, վարչության անդամ Նիկոլայ Ցեխոմսկին և «ՓՄՁ ներդրումներ»-ի գործադիր տնօրեն Արթուր Բադալյանը: ՎԷԲ-ը և «ՓՄՁ ներդրումներ»-ը պայմանավորվածություն են ձեռք բերել երկու երկրների համագործակցության հիմնական ոլորտներում ներդրումների ընդլայնման աջակցության և ֆինանսավորման վերաբերյալ:

Կողմերը կքննարկեն և կուսումնասիրեն «ՓՄՁ ներդրումներ»-ի համար «Վնեշէկոնոմբանկի» կողմից վարկային գծի բացման հնարավորությունը՝ ինչպես ռուսական արտադրության ապրանքների արտահանման ծրագրերի, այնպես էլ Հայաստանի տարածքում ռուսական կապիտալի մասնակցությամբ դեպի երրորդ երկրներ արտահանման ուղղվածություն ունեցող համատեղ արտադրությունների ֆինանսավորման համար: Նաև ՎԷԲ-ը, որպես ազգային զարգացման ֆինանսական կառույց, կկիսվի փորձով և խորհրդատվության ձևով օժանդակություն կցուցաբերի «ՓՄՁ ներդրումներ»-ին:

«Ռուսաստանը և Հայաստանը փոխշահավետ համագործակցության հարուստ փորձ ունեն, և ստորագրված հուշագիրը երկու երկրների զարգացման ինստիտուտների համար համագործակցության նոր հնարավորություններ կբացի, ինչը կնպաստի ապրանքաշրջանառության աճին, ներդրումների ավելացմանը և արտադրական կոոպերացիային՝ տնտեսության ռազմավարական ճյուղերում:

Սա կարևոր քայլ է ինչպես մեր երկկողմ համագործակցության համար, այնպես էլ ԵԱՏՄ տարածքում ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացների շրջանակներում»,- նշել է Նիկոլայ Ցեխոմսկին: «Մեզ հետաքրքիր է «Վնեշէկոնոմբանկի» փորձը, ռազմավարությունը, բիզնես մոդելը` որպես զարգացման ազգային ֆինանսական կառույց:

«ՓՄՁ ներդրումներ» ՈւՎԿ ՓԲԸ-ն շուտով անդամակցելու է ԵԱՏՄ զարգացման բանկերի խորհրդին, եւ մենք պատրաստ ենք համագործակցել ինչպես ՎԷԲ-ի, այնպես էլ Խորհրդի մյուս անդամների հետ համատեղ ծրագրերի ընտրության, ուսումնասիրության և իրականացման հարցերում», - ասել է Արթուր Բադալյանը:
