Պատրաստման եղանակը՝

Ալյուրի մեջ լցնել աղ, ապա գոլ ջրով բացել թթխմորը, հարել և ավելացնել զանգվածին: Ապա  ավելացնել գոլ ջուր: Լավ խառնել զանգվածը, մինչև խմորը պնդանա: Թողնել, որպեսզի խմորը 30 րոպե հանգստանա: 

Մաղադանոսը և կանաչ սոխը մանր կտրատել, լոլիկը կեղևը հեռացնել ու խորանարդաձև փոքր-փոքր կտրատել: Կանաչ պղպեղն ու լոլիկը ևս լավ մանրացնել ու բոլոր բաղադրամասերը լցնել մսի վրա: Ավելացնել մանր կտրատած գլուխ սոխն ու սխտորը, սխտորը կարող եք ըստ ճաշակի անել: Այնուհետ ստացված զանգվածին ավելացնել տոմատի մածուկ, այն կարող եք մի փոքր բացել ջրով: Աղ, պղպեղ՝ ըստ ճաշակի: Խճողակը պետք է համասեռ զանգված դառնա:

Այնուհետ անցնում ենք լոշիկի պատրաստմանը, խմորը բաժանել 6 հավասար մասի, ապա դրանց օվալաձև տեսք հաղորդել, խմորը պետք է  մի փոքր հաստ լինի: Տեղավորել գազօջախի  տարայի մեջ ու խմորի վրա խյուսը լցնել, հավասարապես տարածել: Եփել 250 С-ում մոտ 10 րոպե:
