Պատրաստումը Մաղած ալյուրին ավելացնել ձուն, աղը և մի քիչ ջուր, հունցել պինդ խմոր: Միսը սոխի հետ 2 անգամ աղալ, ավելացնել կտրատած կանաչեղենը, աղը, լցնել կես բաժակ ջուր ու լավ խառնել:

Խմորի պատրաստումը

Ձվի վրա աղ լցնել, ծփել: Ավելացնել 3 բաժակ ալյուր և բուսական յուղը: Խառնել և ավելացնել տաք ջուրը: Խառնել սկզբից գդալով, ապա ձեռքով:

 Պատրաստում ենք խինկալիները

Այնուհետև խմորը բացել բարակ շերտով, բաժակով խմորից կլորակներ կտրել: Յուրաքանչյուր կլորակի մեջ դնել 1թ/գ լցոն, խմորի ծայրերը բարձրացնել դեպի կենտրոն և մատներով սեղմելով փակել:

Եռացող թույլ աղաջրի մեջ գցել խինկալիներն ու եփել: Ջրից հանել և մատուցել աղացած սև պղպեղով:

Կարևոր. Որպեսզի խինկալիներն իրար չկպչեն, եռացող ջրի մեջ մի փոքր բուսկան յուղ լցրեք:
