ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը նոյեմբերի 21-ին ներկա է գտնվել Երևանում ԵԱՀԿ Ժողովրդավարական հաստատությունների և մարդու իրավունքների գրասենյակի (ԵԱՀԿ/ԺՀՄԻԳ) և ԵԱՀԿ ավստրիական նախագահության «Քրիստոնյաների և կրոնական այլ խմբերի անդամների հանդեպ ատելության շարժառիթով հանցագործությունների կանխարգելումը և դրանց հակազդումը. հեռանկարներ ԵԱՀԿ-ից և անդին» խորագրով համաժողովի մասնակիցների պատվին տրված ընդունելությանը։

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից՝ հավելելով. «Միջոցառմանը ներկա էին և ողջույնի խոսքերով հանդես եկան ԵԱՀԿ/ԺՀՄԻԳ տնօրեն Ինգիբյորգ Գիսլադոտիրը, Ռասիզմի, այլատյացության և խտրականության դեմ պայքարի, Քրիստոնյաների և այլ կրոնական խմբերի նկատմամբ անհանդուրժողականության կանխարգելման հարցերով ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ պրոֆեսոր Ինգիբյորգ Գաբրիելը։

Ընդունելությանը մասնակցում էին ԵԱՀԿ անդամ երկրների բարձրաստիճան ներկայացուցիչներ։

Դիմելով ընդունելության մասնակիցներին՝ ԱԳ նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանն ասաց. «Ցանկանում եմ սրտանց ողջունել համաժողովի բոլոր մասնակիցներին և շնորհակալություն հայտնել ԵԱՀԿ ավստրիական նախագահությանը և ԺՀՄԻԳ-ին՝ Հայաստանի հետ համագործակցությամբ համաժողովի կազմակերպման համար:

Ուրախ ենք Հայաստանում հյուրընկալելու ԵԱՀԿ համաժողովը, որը խորհրդանշում է Հայաստանի և ԵԱՀԿ-ի միջև համագործակցության բարձր մակարդակը և Հայաստանի խորը ներգրավվածությունը կազմակերպության շրջանակներում:

Համաժողովի գլխավոր թեման արդիական է և մանրակրկիտ ընտրված։ Այն լայն հնարավորություն է ընձեռում արձագանքելու ժամանակակից այն մարտահրավերներին, որոնց բախվում են քրիստոնյաները և մյուս կրոնական խմբերի անդամները:

ԵԱՀԿ-ում մենք ձևավորել ենք հանձնառությունների լայն շրջանակ՝ պայքարելու ռասիզմի, այլատյացության, խտրականության, հակասեմիտիզմի և անհանդուրժողականության դեմ, ներառյալ քրիստոնյաների, հրեաների և մահմեդականների նկատմամբ, և’ կանխարգելելու, և’ արձագանքելու ատելության քարոզչությանը: Մասնակից երկրների միջև առկա է փոխհամաձայնություն, որ այս հանձնառություններին հավատարմությունը վճռական է խաղաղության, կայունության և անվտանգության պահպանման համար: Հետևաբար, արդեն ժամանակն է, որ ԵԱՀԿ-ն ունենա արդյունավետ մեխանիզմներ և փորձ՝ աջակցելու մասնակից-երկրներին քրիստոնյաներին և այլ կրոնների ներկայացուցիչներին պաշտպանելու ուղղությամբ համապատասխան քայլեր ձեռնարկելու հարցում:

Քաղաքացիական հասարակությունը ներկայացնող կազմակերպություններն առանցքային նշանակություն ունեն խտրականության և անհանդուրժողականության դեմ պայքարում: Հուսով եմ, որ համաժողովի նախօրեին Երևանում կայացած ԺՀՄԻԳ երկօրյա սեմինարն օգնեց շարունակել նախանշել այն ոլորտները, որոնցում քաղաքացիական հասարակությունը կարող է իր արժեքավոր ներդրումն ունենալ: Քրիստոնյա համայնքների և այլ կրոնական խմբերի անդամների պաշտպանությունը Հայաստանի հիմնական առաջնահերթություններից է: Վաղը մենք հնարավորություն կունենանք ներկայացնելու այս հարցում մեր ազգային փորձը և քննարկելու, թե ինչպես առավել արդյունավետ դարձնել ԵԱՀԿ օրակարգի այս թեման: Ուստի վաղն ակնկալում ենք հետաքրքիր և արդյունավետ քննարկումներ:
