ՀՀ կառավարությունը հավանություն տվեց Հարկային օրենսգրքում և հարակից օրենքներում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին ՀՀ օրենքների նախագծերի փաթեթին:

ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահ Վարդան Հարությունյանը նշեց, որ օրինագծերի փաթեթը մշակվել է ՀՀ վարչապետի հանձնարարականի հիման վրա, որը տրվել է ՀՀ-ում պետական միջնաժամկետ ծախսերի ծրագրի մշակման մշտապես գործող բարձրագույն խորհրդի նիստին:

Հանձնարարվել էր քննարկել հարկային և մաքսային օրենսդրական դաշտի վերանայման այն մեխանիզմները, որոնք կնպաստեն ստվերային տնտեսությունները հարկային դաշտ բերելուն, սեփական եկամուտներն ավելացնելուն:

«Նախագծով առաջարկվում են նոր մոտեցումներ՝ տնտեսության մեջ առկա ստվերային շրջանառությունները կրճատելու նպատակով: Մասնավորապես՝ ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրներից իրականացվող ներմուծումների նկատմամբ պատշաճ հսկողություն իրականացնելու նպատակով նախագծով առաջարկվում է ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետություններից ՀՀ տարածք ներմուծվող ապրանքների տեղափոխումն իրականացնել ապրանքների հետագծելիությունն ապահովող և հարկային մարմին տեղեկատվություն հաղորդող էլեկտրոնային սարքերի կիրառությամբ»,- ասաց Հարությունյանը:

Նախագծերի փաթեթի ընդունման արդյունքում ակնկալվում է 2018 թ. հունվարի 1-ից Հարկային օրենսգրքի կիրառության հետ կապված ապահովել օրենսգրքի և հարակից օրենքների, դրանց հասկացությունների, կարգավորումների ու հղումների համապատասխանեցումը, օրենսգրքով սահմանված նոր կարգավորումների սահմանումը հարակից օրենքներով:
