Նոյեմբերի 22-ին Թբիլիսիում հակակոռուպցիոն գործողության շրջանակում ձերբակալված տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Վրաստանի Քրեական օրենսգրքի 2 հոդվածով, հայտնում է «Грузия Online»-ը: 

«Մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել արտասահմանյան ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությանն անդամակցելու եւ նրա ահաբեկչական գործունեությանն օգնություն ցույց տալու համար, ինչպես նաեւ ահաբեկչության նպատակով հրազեն, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր եւ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ապօրինի ձեռք բերելու, պահելու եւ կրելու համար»,- նշված է դատախազության հայտարարության մեջ: Այս մեղադրանքով նախատեսվում է 10-ից մինչեւ 17 տարվա ազատազրկում:
