Արագածոտնի մարզպետը վարչապետին է ներկայացրել հանձնարարականների կատարման ընթացքը

ՀՀ Արագածոտնի մարզում սեպտեմբերի 9-ին տեղի ունեցած խորհրդակցության ընթացքում ներկայացված հանձնարարականների կատարման ընթացքը նոյեմբերի 24-ին վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանին է ներկայացրել Արագածոտնի մարզպետ Աշոտ Սիմոնյանը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, մարզպետը զեկուցել է, որ ըստ վարչապետի հանձնարարականի՝ հստակ աշխատանք է կատարվել մարզի համայնքների սեփական եկամուտների հավաքագրման ծավալն ավելացնելու ուղղությամբ: Արագածոտնի մարզում 2017 թվականին ծրագրվել է հավաքագրել 1 միլիարդ 254 մլն դրամի սեփական եկամուտ, ինչը 2016-ի համեմատ ավելի է 114 մլն դրամով կամ 23 տոկոսով: Աշոտ Սիմոնյանը վստահեցրել է, որ սեփական եկամուտների հավաքագրումը կիրականացվի 100 տոկոսով և տեղեկացրել, որ 2018-ին ևս սեփական եկամուտները նախատեսվում է ավելացնել 20-25 տոկոսով:

Անդրադառնալով շինարարության ոլորտում ծրագրերին՝ մարզպետը տեղեկացրել է, որ 2017-ի առաջին 10 ամիսների ընթացքում իրականացվել են 27 մլրդ 300 մլն դրամի շինարարական աշխատանքներ, որից 9 մլրդ 600 մլն դրամը ներդրվել է հյուսիս-հարավ ավտոմայրուղու կառուցման ծրագրով, մինչև տարեվերջ այս ցուցանիշը կհասնի 12,5 մլրդ դրամի: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, մարզում 2017-ին նախատեսվում է իրականացնել 30 մլրդ դրամի շինարարական աշխատանքներ:

Առողջապահության ոլորտի տարեկան բյուջեն նախատեսվել է 1 միլիարդ 573 մլն դրամ, վճարովի ծառայություններից ակնկալվող մուտքերը տարեսկզբին նախատեսվել է 114 մլն դրամ, սակայն հուլիսից վճարովի ծառայություններից ակնկալվող միջոցները նախատեսվում է ավելացնել 34 մլն դրամով: Աշոտ Սիմոնյանի խոսքով, 2018-ին նախատեսվում է վճարովի ծառայություններից մուտքերը հասցնել 200 մլն դրամի:

Խոսելով ներդրումային ծրագրերի մասին՝ Արագածոտնի մարզպետը նշել է, որ ՀՀ կառավարություն է ներկայացվել 10-ից ավելի ներդրումային ծրագիր, որոնց մի մասն արդեն իսկ ամբողջությամբ իրականացվել է, իսկ մյուս մասն ընթացքում է: Ներդրումային ծրագրերն ուղղված են արևային էլկտրակայանի կառուցմանը, թռչնաֆաբրիկայի, ջերմոցային տնտեսությունների հիմնմանը, խոզաբուծության, գինեգործության, ադամանդագործության  զարգացմանը և այլն: Թալինում ադամանդի վերամշակման գործարանի վերագործարկմամբ նախատեսվում է ստեղծել 200-300 նոր աշխատատեղ՝ 200-300 դրամ միջին աշխատավարձով: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, ներդրումային ծրագրերի իրականացման արդյունքում Արագածոտնի մարզում ակնկալվում է ստեղծել 1000 նոր աշխատատեղ:

Աղբահանության ոլորտում մարզում արձանագրվել են հետևյալ ցուցանիշները. ուսումնասիրվել և քարտեզագրվել է 136 աղբավայր և աղբակույտ, որից փակվել է 124-ը: 2017 թ. մարզի համայնքներն աղբահանության նպատակով ծախսել են 62 մլն դրամ, որից 36-ը հավաքագրվել է ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձանցից: Ակնկալվում է, որ 2018-ին սանիտարական մաքրման և աղբահանության աշխատանքների համար անհրաժեշտ կլինի 140-145 մլն դրամ: Մարզպետը վստահեցրել է, որ նշված միջոցները նախատեսվում է հավաքագրել վարձավճարներից և ապահովել  ինքնաֆինանսավորում, ինչը համայնքների սեփական բյուջեների վրա լրացուցիչ բեռ չի առաջացնի:
