«Հայաստանի եվրոպացի բարեկամներ» կազմակերպությունը պատրաստակամ է ապահովել Հայաստանի և Եվրամիության միջև Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրի հաջողությունը։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին  «Հայաստանի եվրոպացի բարեկամներ» (EuFoA) կազմակերպության մամուլի ծառայությունից, այս մասին ասել է կազմակերպության տնօրեն Դիոգո Պինտոն։

Հաղորդագրության մեջ նշված է. «Այսօր` նոյեմբերի 24-ին, Արևելյան գործընկերության 5-րդ գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակներում ստորագրվեց Հայաստանի և Եվրոպական Միության միջև Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության նոր համաձայնագիրը (ՀԸԳՀ): Սա առաջին համաձայնագիրն է, որը ստորագրվում է ԵՄ-ի և ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրի միջև: Համաձայնագրի տեքստը բանակցությունների սեղանին է եղել մոտ 15 ամիս և նախաստորագրվել է այս տարվա մարտին:

«Սա պատմական օր է ԵՄ-Հայաստան հարաբերությունների համար և արձանագրում է նոր մեկնարկ գործընկերների միջև կապերի խորացման և ուժեղացման առումով: Այս ժամանակակից, հավակնոտ և համապարփակ համաձայնագիրը խորհրդանշում է զարգացման, համագործակցության և բարեփոխումների նոր ժամանակաշրջան, և «Հայաստանի եվրոպացի բարեկամներ» կազմակերպությունը պատրաստակամ է ապահովելուդրա հաջողությունը»,- ասել է «EuFoA»-ի տնօրեն Դիոգո Պինտոն:
 
«ՀԸԳՀ-ն ոչ թե ավարտն է, այլ սկիզբն ավելի պահանջկոտ փուլի: Հայաստանն այժմ ունի նոր գործիքներ, ավելի լավ է զինված շարունակելու բարեփոխումները, որոնք կապահովեն, որպեսզի հայկական պետությունն ու հասարակությունը դառնան ավելի լավը, արդար, բարեկեցիկ և ժողովրդավար»,- հավելել է պարոն Պինտոն:

ՀԸԳՀ-ի իրականացումը կապահովի վերջին տարիներին ընթացող բարեփոխումների շարունակականությունը` հատկապես իրավական, դատական համակարգերի, հանրային և սոցիալական ինստիտուտների և կառավարման ոլորտներում: Հաշվի առնելով կողմերի կիսած քաղաքական և տնտեսական հետաքրքրությունները` Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագիրը հնարավորություն է ստեղծում Հայաստանի և Եվրոպական Միության միջև առավել ամուր համագործակցության հաստատման համար` տնտեսության, այդ թվում` էներգետիկայի, տրանսպորտի, շրջակա միջավայրի և առևտրի ասպարեզներում:

Համաձայնագիրը հնարավորության է ընձեռում Հայաստանին խորացնելու իր հարաբերությունները ԵՄ-ի և անդամ պետությունների հետ: Լինելով իր տեսակի մեջ առաջինը` համաձայնագիրը կարող է օրինակ ծառայել և նախադեպ դառնալ Եվրոպական հարևանության քաղաքականության ծրագրում ներառված երկրների հետ ԵՄ հետագա հարաբերությունների համար:

Այսօր` ավելի վաղ, նախաստորագրվել է ԵՄ-Հայաստան ավիացիոն համաձայնագիրը` ստեղծելով հնարավորությունների լայն շրջանակ եվրոպական քաղաքների և Հայաստանի միջև օդային կապերի ինտենսիվացման, ինչպես նաև մարդկանց միջև շփումների խորացման և տնտեսական փոխանակումների հետագա աճի համար:

«ՀՀ-ԵՄ հարաբերություններում հետագա կարևոր քայլը պետք է լինի վիզայի ազատականացումը, որը կամրագրի երկու կողմերի պատրաստակամությունը ստեղծելու կամուրջներ հասարակությունների միջև` ապահովելով նոր համաձայնագրի հումանիտար կողմը»,- եզրափակել է պարոն Պինտոն:
