ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանն աշխատանքային այցով մեկնել է ՌԴ

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունն աշխատանքային այցով մեկնել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն՝ մասնակցելու նոյեմբերի 28-ից 30-ին Սանկտ-Պետերբուրգում կայանալիք ԱՊՀ մասնակից-պետությունների գլխավոր դատախազների կոորդինացիոն խորհրդի, ինչպես նաև Շանհայի համագործակցության կազմակերպության (ՇՀԿ) անդամ երկրների գլխավոր դատախազների հերթական նիստերին: 

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից, ԱՊՀ մասնակից-պետությունների գլխավոր դատախազների կոորդինացիոն խորհրդի 27-րդ նիստի շրջանակներում նախատեսվում է քննարկել Խորհրդի 2016թ. աշխատանքային պլանի իրականացման ընթացքը, հաստատել ահաբեկչության և բռնության այլ դրսևորումներով ուղեկցվող ծայրահեղականության դեմ պայքարի 2017-2019թթ., ինչպես նաև տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառմամբ իրականացվող հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի 2017-2020թթ. պլանները:

Անդամ երկրների գլխավոր դատախազները նաև կփոխանակվեն ժամանակակից մարտահրավերների համատեքստում դատախազությունների գործառույթների տարբեր ասպեկտներին առնչվող իրենց երկրների լավագույն փորձով, կանդրադառնան 2016թ. ընթացքում հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի շրջանակներում միջազգային պայմանագրերի իրականացման արդյունավետությանը, ինչպես նաև կընտրեն Կոորդինացիոն խորհրդի նախագահ և կհստակեցնեն հաջորդ նիստն անցկացնելու վայրն ու ժամկետները:    

ՇՀԿ անդամ երկրների գլխավոր դատախազների հերթական նիստի օրակարգում ժամանակակից տեղեկատվական-հաղորդակցային տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառմամբ հատկապես անչափահասների և երիտասարդության դեմ հանցագործությունների քննության և հակազդման ոլորտում առկա հիմնահարցերն են, ինչպես նաև այդ տեխնոլոգիաները ծայրահեղական և ահաբեկչական նպատակներով օգտագործելու դեմ համատեղ պայքարին առնչվող խնդիրները: 

Այցի շրջանակում ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազն առանձին հանդիպում կունենա ՌԴ գլխավոր դատախազ Յուրի Չայկայի հետ, նախատեսվում է ստորագրել ՀՀ և ՌԴ գլխավոր դատախազությունների միջև 2018-2020թթ.  համագործակցության ծրագիրը: 

Արթուր Դավթյանը երկկողմ ձևաչափով հանդիպումներ կունենա նաև մասնակից այլ երկրների պատվիրակությունների ղեկավարների հետ:
