ԱՀ ԱԺ-ն լիագումար նիստում կքննարկի չորս օրենքի նախագիծ

Արցախի Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը նոյեմբերի 28-ին ԱԺ մշտական հանձնաժողովների, խմբակցությունների և աշխատակազմի պատասխանատուների մասնակցությամբ հրավիրել է աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի մամուլի ծառայությունից, խորհրդակցության ընթացքում ներկայացվել են Ազգային ժողովի պետական-իրավական հարցերի, սոցիալական և առողջապահության հարցերի ու արտադրության և արտադրական ենթակառուցվածքների հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովների օրեր առաջ գումարված նիստերում չորս օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունների քննարկման արդյունքները, որոնց վերաբերյալ հանձնաժողովները տվել են դրական եզրակացություն:

Առաջիկա լիագումար նիստի օրակարգում է ներառվել նաև ԼՂՀ հանրային ծառայությունները և տնտեսական մրցակցությունը կարգավորող պետական հանձնաժողովի տարեկան ծրագիրը:

Այնուհետև, ԱԺ նախագահը Սահմանադրության և «Ազգային ժողովի կանոնակարգ» Արցախի Հանրապետության օրենքի պահանջների համաձայն՝ հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ՝ առաջիկա լիագումար նիստում ԱԺ կողմից Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի անդամի նշանակման վերաբերյալ: 

«Սահմանված կարգով «Հայրենիք» խմբակցությունը Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի անդամի պաշտոնում առաջադրել է Շուշանիկ Լավրենտի Հայրապետյանի թեկնածությունը»,- նշել է Աշոտ Ղուլյանը:

Ամփոփելով նիստը՝ խորհրդարանի նախագահը հայտարարել է, որ հերթական լիագումար նիստը տեղի կունենա նոյեմբերի 30-ին ժամը 11:00-ին:
