 Արցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը նոյեմբերի 30-ին շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Ոստիկանության ծառայողի օրվա կապակցությամբ: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության գլխավոր վարչությունից:

Ուղերձում ասված է.
