Երևանում անցկացվեց կորեական յուրահատուկ ուտեստների մրցույթ

Հայաստանի և Կորեայի Հանրապետության միջևդիվանագիտական հարաբերություններիհաստատման 25-ամյակի կապակցությամբ նոյեմբերի 30-ին Երևանի ռեստորաններից մեկում անցկացվեց կորեական ուտեստներիմրցույթ: Մրցույթի մասնակից խմբերը կրում էին իրենց իսկ պատրաստած ուտեստների անունները: Առաջին հորիզոնականը գրավեց «Բիբիմբան» խումբը, երկրորդ տեղը` «Ցեյուկ պոկըմ»-ը և երրորդ տեղը զբաղեցրեց «Ցաբցե» խումբը:

Հաղթողները նվեր-քարտերի արժանացան:

«Միջոցառման նպատակը Հայաստանում կորեական ուտեստների մշակույթը ներկայացնելն է»,- նշեց Երևանի Բրյուսովի անվան պետական լեզվահասարակագիտական համալսարանի (ԵՊԼՀ) կորեերենի դասախոս Հասմիկ Քաբաբյանը:

Մրցույթին մասնակցում էր երկուսից երեք ուսանողներից  բաղկացած ինը խումբ: Ներգրավված էին ինչպես ԵՊԼՀկորեերենի և կորեական մշակույթի կենտրոնի ուսանողներ, այնպես էլ` կորեական մշակույթի սիրահարներ:

Մասնակիցները պատրաստել էին յանգյոմ չիքին, բուդե ծիգե, քալբի և այլ հետաքրքիր կորեական ուտեստներ: Նրանցից շատերն առաջին անգամ էին եփում և համտեսում դրանք:

Մրցույթի ժյուրիի անդամներն էին ռեստորանի տնօրենն ու ԵՊԼՀ կորեերենի դասախոսները: Նրանք հաղթողներին ընտրեցին ուտեստները համտեսելուց հետո:

Միջոցառումը կազմակերպել էր Ռուսաստանում Կորեայի դեսպանատունը, ԵՊԼՀ Կորեերենի և կորեական մշակույթի կենտրոնիաջակցությամբ:
