ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով կալանավորվել է 64-ամյա Գագիկ Հովհաննիսյանի սպանության մեղադրանքով հետախուզվող 27-ամյա երիտասարդը: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

2017թ. նոյեմբերի 30-ին Երևան քաղաքի բնակարաններից մեկում հայտնաբերվել է տղամարդու դի՝ կտրած-ծակած մարմնական վնասվածքներով: Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը՝ Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնի պետ Արթուր Գոյունյանի գլխավորությամբ: Պարզվել է մահացածի ինքնությունը, ով հանդիսանում է Գագիկ Հովհաննիսյանը՝ ծնված 1953թ., նույն տան բնակիչ:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով, ստեղծվել է քննչական խումբ, մշակվել քննչական պլան:

Ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի քննչական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ տղամարդը կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքներն ստացել է բակում տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ, որից հետո եկել է տուն, փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել վիճաբանության շարժառիթի, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնության վերաբերյալ: Խուզարկություն է կատարվել վերջինիս բնակարանում, որտեղ հայտնաբերվել են արյունոտ շորեր:

Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ որոշում է կայացվել՝ 27-ամյա երիտասարդին որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին, և նրա նկատմամբ հայտարարվել հետախուզում:

Վերջինս ներկայացել է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին և կալանավորվել։ Մեղադրյալը ցուցմունք է տվել դեպքի շուրջ, ներկայացրել հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող դանակը։ Նրա մասնակցությամբ կատարվել է քննչական փորձարարություն։

Իրականացվում են անհրաժեշտ գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։ 

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
