ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների ղեկավարները ընդունել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնահարցի կարգավորման գործում միջնորդների` ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության ջանքերը սատարելու մասին հայտարարություն:

«ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահությունը՝ ի դեմս Ռուսաստանի, Ֆրանսիայի և ԱՄՆ-ի, համապատասխան մանդատ ունեցող միակ միջազգային կառույցն է, որի առաքելությունն է կողմերին աջակցության ցուցաբերումը` հասնելու ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորմանը քաղաքական-դիվանագիտական միջոցներով: Համանախագահող երեք պետությունների ջանքերի շնորհիվ, որպես խնդրի լուծման հիմք, մշակվել է սկզբունքների եւ տարրերի ամբողջականություն, որոնք արտացոլված են Ռուսաստանի, Ֆրանսիայի, ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահների համատեղ հայտարարության մեջ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:

ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների ղեկավարները, հաստատելով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի բացառապես խաղաղ ճանապարհով կարգավորումը, հայտնում են իրենց աջակցությունը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների` հակամարտության կարգավորմանն ուղղված ջանքերին` հիմք ընդունելով միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերը և սկզբունքները, որոնք առկա են ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրությունում, Հելսինկյան եզրափակիչ ակտում, մասնավորապես, վերաբերելով ուժի կամ ուժի սպառնալիքի չկիրառմանը, պետությունների տարածքային ամբողջականությանը, ազգերի ինքնորոշմանը և իրավահավասարությանը:    

«Մենք հանդես ենք գալիս 2016-2017 թվականներին Վիենայում, Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում, Ժնևում կայացած գագաթնաժողովներին ղարաբաղյան խնդրով ձեռք բերած պայմանավորվածությունների օգտին, որոնք ուղղված են հրադադարի պահպանմանը, հակամարտության գոտում լարվածության թուլացմանն ու բանակցային գործընթացի ակտիվացման համար լրացուցիչ միջոցների ձեռնարկմանը, ինչպես նաև իրավիճակի էսկալացիա թույլ չտալուն»,-ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:  

Հայտարարությունն ընդունվել է Մինսկում նոյեմբերի 30-ին Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նստաշրջանին:
