Ի՞նչ պետք է անի կինը, որպեսզի լավ բուրի։

1. Ամեն օր ցնցուղ ընդունեք միանգամից արթնանալուց հետո և քնելուց առաջ։ Եթե դուք սպորտով եք զբաղվում, ապա մարզումներից հետո նույնպես հարակվոր է լոգանք ընդունել, ավելորդ տհաճ հոտից և քրտինքից խուսափելու համար։

2. Որպեսզի մարմինը լավ բուրի, օգտագործեք դեզոդորանտ միանգամից առավոտվա ցնցուղից հետո և եթե կա անհրաժեշտություն օրվա ընթացքում, սակայն հիշեք, որ եթե քսեք դեզոդորանտը կեղտոտ մարմնին, ապա կարող եք ստանալ հակառակ արդյունքը։

3. Հագեք միայն մաքուր հագուստ, որը ունի հաճելի բույր, քանի որ եթե դուք հագնում եք նույնիսկ քրտինքի մի փոքր հոտը մնացած հագուստը, ապա ըստ տրամաբանության դուք ինքերդ էլ վատ կբուրեք։

4. Վերահսկեք ձեր ոտքերի հոտը։ Եթե դուք առանձնանում եք ոտքերի հատուկ քրտնարտադրությամբ, ապա կարող եք օգտվել այս խորամանկություններից՝

5. Հետևեք բերանի հոտին, քանի որ բերանի խոռոչի վատ հիգիենայի դեպքում բերանից կարող է տհաճ հոտ գալ։ Բերանի հոտը կարելի է թարմացնել՝

• Մաստակի օգնությամբ։
• Անանուխի կոնֆետների օգնությամբ։
• Բերանը ջրով ողողեք կամ բերանի խոռոչի համար նախատեսված հատուկ նյութերով, սնունդը օգտագործելուց հետո։
• Անտեսեք կարևոր հանդիպումների ժամանակ բուրավետ մթերքները, օրինակ սոխը կամ սխտորը։

6. Օգտագործեք որակյալ օծանելիք։ Սակայն օծանելիքը պետք է ճիշտ օգտագործել և ճիշտ կերպով, որպեսզի չչարաշահեք։ Դրա համար օծանելիքը ցանեք այն մասերում, որտեղ կան զարկերակներ։

7. Եթե ձեր շամպունը ունի ոչ այդքան արտահայտված բույր, ապա կարող եք ավելացնել դրա մեջ մի քանի կաթիլ ցանկացած բույրից, այդ ժամանակ ձեր մազերը կբարելավվեն իրենց որակը, ինչպես նաև ձեր մաշկը։ Ինչպես նաև կարելի է օգտագործել հաճելի բույրով եթերային յուղ։
