Մինչեւ տարեվերջ պատրաստ կլինի նոր տրանսպորտային համակարգի ներդրման ցանցի փաթեթը, որը տարեսկզբին նախատեսվում է ներկայացնել հանրային քննարկման, իսկ արդեն 2018 թվականի ավարտին նախատեսվում է այն ներդնել: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում Երեւանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Վահե Նիկոյանը նշեց, թե ժամկետների առումով որոշակի շեղումներ հնարավոր են:

-Պարո՛ն Նիկոյան, տրանսպորտային համակարգի շուրջ քաղաքացիների դժգոհությունները չեն դադարում: Ի վերջո, ե՞րբ է նախատեսվում տրանսպորտային միասնական համակարգի ներդրումը:

-Առկա տրանսպորտային համակարգի վատ վիճակի վերաբերյալ մենք նույնպես բազմիցս բարձրաձայնել ենք, եւ առիթ ունեցել եմ նաեւ նոր համակարգի մասին խոսելու: Մենք իրոք նախաձեռնել ենք համակարգային բարեփոխումներ, որոնք ընթացքի մեջ են, դեռեւս փաստաթղթային փուլում են: Խորհրդատուն արդեն իսկ ներկայացրել է հաշվետվությունների հիմնական մասը, որը վերաբերում է նոր երթուղային ցանցին: Մենք այդ հաշվետվություններն ուսումնասիրում ենք, իհարկե, որոշակի առաջարկություններ ենք ներկայացնում զուտ տեխնիկական բնույթի, որից հետո ցանցն արդեն կներկայացվի Երեւանի քաղաքապետի որոշմամբ ստեղծված աշխատանքային խմբին եւ այնուհետ հանրային քննարկման: Ցանցը լինելու է բարեփոխումների հենքը, ըստ էության առաջին փուլը, որի հիման վրա կկառուցվեն արդեն բարեփոխումների բուն ընթացքին վերաբերող բաղադրիչները: Խոսքը վերաբերում է՝ ինչ օպերատոր, ինչ ձեւով կընտրվի եւ նմանատաիպ բազմաթիվ հարցեր, իսկ ամենավերջում՝ դրանից ելնելով՝ հաշվարկվող տրանսպորտային միջոցների քանակի, տեսականու հիման վրա կորոշվի նաեւ, թե տեխնիկական սակագինն ինչքան կլինի:
