ՀՀ-ն և Էստոնիան ռեադմիսիայի համաձայնագրի կիրարկումն ապահովող արձանագրություն կկնքեն

Հայաստանը և Էստոնիան Եվրամիության հետ ռեադմիսիայի համաձայնագրի կիրարկումն ապահովող արձանագրություն կկնքեն: Ազգային ժողովը քննարկում է Հայաստանի և Էստոնիայի կառավարությունների միջև ռեադմիսիայի համաձայնագիրն ապահովող արձանագրություն կնքելու մասին համաձայնագիրը: Հիմնական զեկուցող, ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության միգրացիոն պետական գործակալության պետ Գագիկ Եգանյանը հիշեցրեց, որ 2013թ. ՀՀ-ի և ԵՄ-ի միջև ստորագրվել է առանց թույլտվության բնակվող անձանց վերադարձի մասին ռեադմիսիայի համաձայնագիրը, որով կարգավորվում էր  առանց թույլտվության բնակվող անձանց ինքնությունը և նրանց վերադարձի կազմակերպումը: 

«Նախատեսված էր, որ Եվրոպական Միության անդամ բոլոր երկրների հետ Հայաստանը կարող էր կնքել այդ համաձայնագրի կիրարկումն ապահովող արձանագրություններ: Մենք այժմ այդ հարցով բանակցությունների մեջ ենք տասնյակ երկրների հետ: Ֆրանսիայի հետ մենք արդեն ստորագրել ենք նման արձանագրություն, Էստոնիան երկրորդ երկիրն է, որի հետ կկնքենք ռեադմիսիայի համաձայնագրի կիրարկումն ապահովող արձանագրություն»,- ընդգծեց Եգանյանը:

Նա մանրամասնեց, որ արձանագրություններով սահմանվում են համաձայնագրի կիրարկումն ապահովող իրավասու մարմինները, վերադարձը կազմակերպելու սահմանային կետերը, կարգավորվում են ֆինանսական և այլ խնդիրներ:

Գագիկ Եգանյանը նաև շեշտեց, որ ռեադմիսիայի գործընթացը շատ  կարևոր է Հայաստանի համար՝  հաշվի առնելով ԵՄ-ի հետ վիզաների ազատականացման երկխոսություն սկսելու մասին պայմանավորվածությունները: Եգանյանի վստահեցմամբ՝ առանց ռեադմիսիայի գործիքն արդյունավետ կիրառելու իրատեսական չէ ակնկալել, որ ԵՄ-ն Հայաստանի համար վիզաները կազատականացնի:
