Հայաստանի կենտրոնական դեպոզիտարիայի (ՀԿԴ) և «Ռայֆայզենբանկ» ԲԸ-ի (Ռուսաստան) միջև կնքված պայամնագրի համաձայն «Ռայֆայզենբանկ»-ին շնորհվել է արժեթղթերի հաշվարկային համակարգի ուղղակի մասնակցի կարգավիճակ, որին հաջորդել է բանկի կողմից ՀԿԴ-ում անվանատիրոջ հաշվի բացումը:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին Հայաստանի կենտրոնական դեպոզիտարիայից՝ հավելելով. «Ռայֆայզենբանկի անվանատիրոջ հաշիվը հնարավորություն կտա Միջազգային Ռայֆայզեն Խմբի հաճախորդներին ուղղակի հասանելիություն ունենալ ՀԿԴ-ի կողմից մատուցվող ծառայություններին, մասնավորապես՝ արժեթղթերով գործարքների վերջնահաշվարկին, կորպորատիվ գործողություններին (շահութաբաժինների, արժեկտրոնների վճարում և այլն) և այլ ծառայություններին:

«Ռայֆայզեն» բաժնետիրական ընկերությունը Միջազգային Ռայֆայզեն բանի դուստր կազմակերպությունն է: Բանկը գործում է Ռուսաստանում 1996 թ.-ից և տարաբնույթ ծառայություններ է առաջարկում ինչպես մանրածախ, այնպես էլ մեծածախ հաճախորդներին (այդ թվում ռեզիդեն և ոչ ռեզիդենտ) ռուսական ռուբլով և արտարժույթով:

«Մուդիզ» միջազգային վարկանիշային կազմակերպության կողմից Բանկին շնորհվել են հետևյալ վարկանիշները. երկարաժամկետ տեղական արժույթով արտահայտված ավանդներ - Ba1 (հեռանկարը՝ կայուն), երկարաժամկետ արտարժութային ավանդներ - Ba2 (հեռանկարը՝ կայուն), կարճաժամկետ տեղական արժույթով և արտարժույթով արտահայտված ավանդներ - Not Prime, ելակետային վարկանիշային գնահատում - ba1:
