Վրաստանի նախկին նախագահ, Ուկրաինայի Օդեսայի շրջանի նախկին նահանգապետ Միխեիլ Սաակաշվիլիին ձերբակալել են Լուգանսկի մարզի ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության նախկին պետ Յուրի Պոկինբորոդայի տանը։ Այս մասին հայտնել է Ուկրաինայի ՆԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Արտյոմ Շևչենկոն՝ հավելելով, որ Պոկինբորոդային աշխատանքից ազատել էին մի քանի ամիս առաջ, գրում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի» գործակալությունը։

«Ոստիկանության գնդապետ Յուրի Պոկինբորոդան, ում բնակարանում ձերբակալվել է Սաակաշվիլին, 5 ամիս առաջ հեռացվել է Ազգային ոստիկանության շարքերից՝ հաստիքների կրճատման արդյունքում։ Նա իսկապես անցած ձմեռ ղեկավարել է Լուգանսկի մարզի ոստիկանությունը»,- շաբաթ գրել է Շևչենկոն Facebook-ում։

Յուրի Պոկինբորոդան, իր հերթին, տեսաուղերձում հայտնել է, որ Սաակաշվիլին հիվանդացել է։ «Նրան հարկավոր էր տարրական բուժօգնություն։ Մենք ժամանակ չունեինք մտածելու՝ ուր տանել նրան։ Հիվանդանոց չէինք կարող տանել։ Մենք նրան բերեցինք իմ տուն, և այստեղ բժշկական օգնություն ցուցաբերվեց»,- պատմել է նա։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ուրբաթ ուշ երեկոյան Ուկրաինայի գլխավոր դատախազ Յուրի Լուցենկոն հայտարարել է, որ Սաակաշվիլին ձերբակալվել է և տարվել քննչական մեկուսարան։ Նա ձերբակալվել է հանցախմբերի անդամներին աջակցելու ու նրանց հանցավոր գործունեությունը քողարկելու մասին քրեական գործի շրջանակում:

Սաակաշվիլին խնդրել է իր աջակիցներին չհավատալ իր դեմ ներկայացված մեղադրանքներին։ «Նա նաև խնդրել է իր կնոջը դառնալ իր խոսնակը, իր հանրային ներկայացուցիչը»,- ասել է նրա փաստաբանը Սաակաշվիլիի հետ մեկուսարանում հանդիպումից հետո։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Ուկրաինայի անվտանգության ծառայության աշխատակիցներն օրեր առաջ խուզարկում են իրականացրել և ձերբակալել Միխեիլ Սաակաշվիլիին: Այնուամենայնիվ, Օդեսայի շրջանի նախկին նահանգապետի աջակիցները որոշ ժամանակ անց կոտրել են Անվտանգության ծառայությանը պատկանող միկրոավտոբուսի հետևի դուռն ու ազատել քաղաքական գործչին: Այնուհետ Միխեիլ Սաակաշվիլին հայտարարել էր, որ չի գնա Ուկրաինայի գլխավոր դատախազ Յուրի Լուցենկոյի մոտ հարցաքննության, քանի որ նրան ոչ լեգիտիմ է համարում: Նա քննիչներին հրավիրել էր Կիևում Գերագույն ռադայի մոտ տեղակայված վրանային պալատ և հայտարարել, որ պատրաստ է նրանց ընդունել այնտեղ։ 

Նշենք, որ Ուկրաինայի գլխավոր դատախազի մամուլի քարտուղար Լարիսա Սարգանը հայտնել էր, որ Սաակաշվիլիի նկատմամբ հետախուզում է հայտարարվել երեք հոդվածով։
