Ռուսաստանն անպատասխան չի թողնի Միջին եւ փոքր հեռահարության հրթիռների ոչնչացման մասին պայմանագիրը «վերացնելու» ԱՄՆ փորձերը: Այս մասին հայտարարել է Դաշնային խորհրդի միջազգային կոմիտեի ղեկավար Կոնստանտին Կոսաչեւը, փոխանցում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն:

«Ռուսաստանի դեմ Թրամփի հայտարարած նոր պատժամիջոցները իբր Միջին եւ փոքր հեռահարության հրթիռների ոչնչացման մասին պայմանագրի խախտման համար, հնարավոր է, ամենալկտին են այն ամենից, ինչ ԱՄՆ-ն սահմանել է: Քանի որ այստեղ գլխավոր խախտողը հարձակվում է նրա վրա, ով իրեն մերկացրել է խախտման մեջ»,- նշել է Կոսաչեւը:

Նա շեշտել է, որ Ռուսաստանը լիովին շահագրգռված է Միջին եւ փոքր հեռահարության հրթիռների ոչնչացման մասին պայմանագրի պահպանմամբ, քանի որ իր համար, ի տարբերություն ԱՄՆ-ի, այն ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունի, ինչպես եւ բոլոր եվրոպական երկրների համար: «Այս պատճառով Վաշինգթոնի «ուըրիշի մեղավորության» լկտի խաղը սպառազինության վերահսկողության ոլորտում նաեւ այս կարեւոր պայմանագիրը վերացնելու նպատակով (ինչպես արդեն վարվել են ՀՀՊ եւ սովորական սպառազինությունների մասին պայմանագրերի հետ), իհարկե, անպատասխան չի մնա»,- ասել է սենատորը:
