Մեր ուսյալ Պաշտպանության նախարարը, որն հատկապես հպարտանում է իր կրթական ցենզով, պարզվում է Սահմանադրություն չի կարդացել: Եթե անգամ կարդացել է, ապա ամնեզիա ունի և որոշակի հոդվածներ չի հիշում: Կարող է լինել նաև վերջինը՝ սարսափելին, կարդացել է, հասկացել է, բայց թքած ունի այդ Սահմանադրության վրա: Երեք տարբերակներից որևէ մեկը, հատկապես վերջինը, պատիվ չեն բերում որևէ երկրի, որևէ քաղաքացու, էլ ուր մնաց թե՝ Պաշտպանության նախարարին:

«Եկեղեցին չի կարող անջատ լինել ոչ պետությունից, ոչ բանակից։ Դա ամրագրված է մեր Սահմանադրության, օրենսդրության, եւ ամենակարեւորը` յուրաքանչյուր հայի սրտի մեջ։ Մարտի դաշտը մեզ համար առնչվել է նաեւ այն հոգեւորականների հետ, որոնք երբեք հետ չեն մնացել եւ հաճախ առաջնորդել են հայկական զորքերը։

Գարեգին Առաջին վեհափառի օրոք հիմնադրվեց եւ Գարեգին Երկրորդ ամենայն հայոց կաթողիկոսի օրհնությամբ ամրանում է հոգեւոր առաջնորդությունը զինված ուժերում։ Դա այն ուժն է, որը պետք է մեր բանակը դարձնի յուրահատուկ, դա այն ուժն է, որը պետք է ազգային ոգի եւ նոր միջավայր ձեւավորելու կարեւոր միջոց դառնա մեր զինված ուժերում»:

Այս դարակազմիկ միտքը պատկանում է պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանին: Մեկ գիրքը, անգամ տասնյակ հատորները չպետք է բավականացնեն, որպեսզի մանրակրկիտ քննության առնենք եկեղեցու գործունեությունը: Արդյունքն այդքան հուսադրող չէ՝ հավատացած եղեք: 

Իսկ այժմ գանք նրա հակասահմանադրական մտքին: 

Հոդված 8.1. Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում եկեղեցին անջատ է պետությունից:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը ճանաչում է Հայաստանյայց առաքելական սուրբ եկեղեցու՝ որպես ազգային եկեղեցու բացառիկ առաքելությունը հայ ժողովրդի հոգեւոր կյանքում, նրա ազգային մշակույթի զարգացման եւ ազգային ինքնության պահպանման գործում:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում երաշխավորվում է օրենքով սահմանված կարգով գործող բոլոր կրոնական կազմակերպությունների գործունեության ազատությունը:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության եւ Հայաստանյայց առաքելական սուրբ եկեղեցու հարաբերությունները կարող են կարգավորվել օրենքով:

Այս մեջբերումն հատկապես նախարարի համար է: Դեռ նրանից շատ տարիներ առաջ, մի իմաստուն մարդ ասել է՝ գիր սիրէ, ղալամ սիրէ: Մենք էլ մեր կողմից ավելացնենք՝ պոպուլիզմով ու՞ր ես հասնելու, Փանոս ջան:
