Երուսաղեմը Իսրայելի մայրաքաղաք ճանաչելու եւ իր երկրի դեսպանատունը այնտեղ փոխադրելու ԱՄՆ նախագահի որոշումը, ինչպես եւ սպասվում էր, ծայրահեղ լարվածության է մատնել ողջ տարածաշրջանը, որն արդեն վերջին տասնամյակում գտնվում է անօրինակ խռովահույզ վիճակում եւ դարձել է արյունալի բախումների, քանդումների ու բռնագաղթերի թատերաբեմ։ Նման բովանդակությամբ հայտարարություն է տարածել Ռամկավար ազատական կուսակցության (ՌԱԿ) կենտրոնական վարչությունը:

Հայտարարությունում նաեւ ասվում է.

«Դոնալդ Թրամփի այդ որոշումը այժմ սպառնում է նոր արյունահեղություններ, նոր տառապանքներ բերել տարածաշրջանի ազգաբնակչություններին, որոնցից զերծ չեն մնալու նաեւ Միջին Արեւելքի հայագաղութները։

Մեր կարծիքով, սպառնալիք է կախված նաեւ Հայկական Երուսաղեմի գլխին, ոչ միայն տեղի՝ արդեն խիստ նոսրացած մեր գաղթօջախի, այլ մանավանդ՝ Հայոց պատրիարքության, Սուրբ քաղաքում նրա դարավոր ներկայության, նրա նյութական ու հոգեւոր անգնահատելի հարստությունների գլխին։ Նախագահ Թրամփի որոշումը, դրան հետեւելիք իսրայելական իշխանությունների «կարգադրությունները» սպառնում են խախտել փխրուն հավասարակշռությունը, որ գոյություն ունի Հին Երուսաղեմի միջկրոնական եւ ազգամիջյան համագոյակեցության ասպարեզում, խախտելու է դարավոր կարգավիճակները, որոնցից տուժելու է Սբ. Հակոբա վանքը, մեր մյուս սրբատեղիները։

Այստեղ ավելորդ ենք համարում վերստին հիշեցնել Հայկական Երուսաղեմի դիրքի կարեւորությունը քրիստոնեական երեք մեծ եկեղեցիների մեջ։ Կարեւոր եւ, հետեւաբար, առավել խոցելի՝ նաեւ իր թույլ պաշտպանվածությամբ։ Ուստի՝ առավել ենթակա արտաքին ոտնձգությունների, իրավունքների ոտնահարման։

Նկատի ունենալով այս եւ այլ հանգամանքները, Ռամկավար Ազատական կուսակցության Կենտրոնական վարչությունը առաջարկում է Երեւանում ստեղծել արտակարգ լիազորություններով օժտված պետական ու կրոնական կենտրոնական շտաբ, պետական ու եկեղեցական ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ, որը կհամակարգի արտաքին ու ներքին բոլոր աշխատանքները ի խնդիր հայկական Երուսաղեմի, Հայոց պատրիարքության պաշտպանության, իր աշխատանքները համակարգելով առաջին հերթին Հայոց պատրիարքության, հայկական մյուս դավանանքների ղեկավարություններին, ինչպես նաեւ քրիստոնեական բոլոր եկեղեցիների ու կենտրոնների, աշխարհի գլխավոր մայրաքաղաքների հետ։
