ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը պարզաբանել է նախարարի ներկայացրած հարցումների տվյալները

ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը պարզաբանել է նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանի կողմից «Ազատության» ռադիոկայանի ֆեյսբուքյան ասուլիսի ժամանակ ներկայացված հարցումների տվյալները։ 

ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնի տրամադրած պարզաբանման մեջ նշված է. «Հասկանալի է պետական իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների գործունեության նկատմամբ մշտական ուշադրությունը և հարկ եղած դեպքում քննադատությունը: Սակայն այդ քննադատությունը չպետք է հիմնված լինի տարըմբռնումների, շահարկումների, հնչեցված մտքերը կամայականորեն մեկնաբանելու և մտացածին գնահատականներ ներկայացնելու վրա:

Դեկտեմբերի 5-ին «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի մեկ ժամ տևողությամբ ֆեյսբուքյան ասուլիսի ընթացքում նախարարը վկայակոչել է հարցումների արդյունքներ։

 «Հայաստանի դպրոցահասակ երեխաների առողջության վարքագծի 2013-2014թթ. ազգային հետազոտության» արդյունքների վերլուծությամբ` 15 տարեկան հարցված տղաների 21 տոկոսը և աղջիկների 1 տոկոսն անանուն հարցման ժամանակ նշել են, որ ունեցել են սեռական հարաբերություն: http://www.euro.who.int/__data/assets/pdf_file/0016/331711/HSBC-No.7-Growing-up-unequal-Full-Report-ru.pdf?ua=1  էջ 180։

Ավելի վաղ` 2010թ. կատարված նույն հետազոտության արդյունքներով 15 տարեկան տղաների 45 տոկոսն է ասել՝ այո, սեռական հարաբերություն ունեցել եմ, իսկ աղջիկների` 2 տոկոսը http://www.euro.who.int/__data/assets/pdf_file/0010/181972/E96444-Rus-full.pdfէջ 174։ Նախարարի շփոթմունքն այն էր, որ Հայաստանում 15 տարեկան տղաների 25% ցուցանիշը ներկայացվել է նույն տարիքի աղջիկների 1% ցուցանիշի փոխարեն։

Ի գիտություն պատվաստման տարիքային խումբը շահարկողների, նշենք, որ Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության պաշտոնական դիրքորոշման համաձայն՝ պատվաստումներն առաջարկվում է կատարել 9-14 տարեկանների խմբում, քանի որ այս տարիքում ձևավորվում է լավագույն իմուն պատասխանը: Եվրոպական մի շարք երկրներում մարդու պապիլոմավիրուսի դեմ պատվաստումն իրականացվում է հենց 9-10 տարեկան աղջիկների շրջանում։ Հայաստանում որոշում է կայացվել այն իրականացնել 13 տարեկանների շրջանում։

Վերջին օրերին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար  Լևոն Ալթունյանի դեմ սկսված անառողջ քննադատական քարոզարշավն արհեստածին է, քանի որ նախարարությունը պարզաբանել է, որ դա շփոթմունք է եղել։ Ֆեյսբուքյան ասուլիսի ժամանակ նախարարի հնչեցրած միտքը անհիմն տեղափոխվել է արժեքային դաշտ։ Այն տեսակետը, թե նախարարն իր խոսքով իբր վիրավորել է հայ աղջիկներին, նրանց համարել անբարոյական և այլն, ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան քննադատողների մոլորության կամ դիտավորության արդյունք:

Առողջապահության նախարարն ի պաշտոնե կոչված է ոչ թե արժեքային գնահատականներ հնչեցնելու, այլև առողջապահական  խնդիրներ լուծելու` հիմնվելով իրավիճակի, առկա հետազոտությունների  և վիճակագրության վրա: Եվ այդ խնդիրները քայլ առ քայլ, հետևողականորեն ու հիմնավոր կերպով լուծվում են»:
