Հունաստան կատարած այցի շրջանակում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի հայտարարությունը հայ-թուրքական արձանագրությունների վերաբերյալ լայն արձագանք է գտել թուրքական լրատվամիջոցներում: Բազմաթիվ լրատվամիջոցներ ՀՀ արտգործնախարարի հայտարարությունը հրապարակել են գլխագրերում:

Ընթերցողների մեծ լսարան ունեցող թուրքական «Հուրիեթ» պարբերականը մասնավորապես մեջբերել է Նալբանդյանի հետևյալ խոսքերը. «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահը սեպտեմբերին հայտարարել է, որ Երևանն առ ոչինչ է համարելու արձանագրությունները: Այդ ժամանակից ի վեր դրանց վավերացման ուղղությամբ որևէ դրական քայլ չի կատարվել: Այդ իսկ պատճառով 2018 թվականի գարունը դիմավորելու ենք առանց արձանագրությունների»:

ՀՀ արտգործնախարարի խոսքից նույն հատվածը մեջբերել է նաև թուրքական HaberTurk-ը՝ հիշեցնելով, որ արձանագրությունները պետք է վավերացվեին երկու երկրի խորհրդարանների կողմից:

Թուրքական «Միլլիեթ»-ը նշել է, որ արձանագրությունները ստորագրվել էին Շվեյցարիայի միջնորդությամբ:

Նալբանդյանի հայտարարությունը տեղ է գտել նաև մի շարք այլ թուրքական լրատվամիջոցների էջերում, ինչպես Sputnik-ի թուրքական ծառայությունը, «Ջումհուրիեթ»-ը, CNN Turk-ը, Gazete Duvar-ը, Bianet-ը, MyNet.com-ը, Haberler-ը, Karar-ը և այլն:

Հունաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունում ՀՀ արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը, խոսելով Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի հարաբերությունների մասին, հիշեցրել է, որ Հայաստանի Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի նախաձեռնությամբ Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթաց էր մեկնարկել, որը հանգեցրեց 2009թ.-ի հոկտեմբերին Ցյուրիխի արձանագրությունների ստորագրմանը:

Այնուամենայնիվ, նախարարն ընդգծել է, որ մինչ օրս այս փաստաթղթերը չեն վավերացվել, քանի որ Թուրքիան առաջ քաշեց անհիմն նախապայմաններ, որոնք հակասում էին Արձանագրությունների տառին և ոգուն: «Այս փաստաթղթերը չեն կարող ընդմիշտ պատանդ մնալ, և դա է պատճառը, որ Հայաստանի Նախագահը սեպտեմբերին ՄԱԿ Գլխավոր Ասամբլեայի ամբիոնից հայտարարեց, որ Հայաստանը արձանագրություններն առ ոչինչ կհայտարարի, քանի որ չկա որևէ դրական առաջընթաց դրանց իրականացման համար, և մենք 2018թ գարունը կդիմավորենք առանց այդ Արձանագրությունների»,- հայտարարել է Նալբանդյանը:
