Դեկտեմբերի 12-ին տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարին կից հասարակական խորհրդի առաջին նիստը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից, խորհրդի անդամներից բացի, նիստին մասնակցել են նախարարի տեղակալ Հովհաննես Ազիզյանը, նախարարության աշխատակազմի Ճյուղային տնտեսական քաղաքականության վարչության պետ Արմեն Եգանյանը, Շուկայի վերահսկողության տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավար Լևոն Խալիկյանը և Զբոսաշրջության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Մեխակ Ապրեսյանը։

Ողջունելով նիստի մասնակիցներին՝ հասարակական խորհրդի նախագահ, ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարար Սուրեն Կարայանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել խորհրդի անդամներին նախարարության հետ համագործակցելու, երկրի տնտեսական խնդիրների լուծմանը մասնակից դառնալու ցանկության համար։ Նախարարը կարևորել է հասարակական կազմակերպությունների և մասնավոր կառույցների կարծիքը նախարարության նախաձեռնությունների վերաբերյալ և վստահեցրել, որ նրանց առաջարկները և դիտողությունները հաշվի կառնվեն որոշումներ կայացնելու ժամանակ։ Սուրեն Կարայանը համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ համատեղ աշխատանքը կլինի արդյունավետ։ Այնուհետև, նախարարի առաջարկությամբ, հասարակական խորհրդի անդամները  ներկայացնել են սպասելիքները  համագործակցությունից։

Հասարակական խորհրդի անդամներն առաջարկել են, որպեսզի նախարարության կողմից մշակվող նախագծերը և ծրագրերը, դեռևս նախնական մշակման փուլում, տրամադրվեն իրենց՝ առաջարկություններ ներկայացնելու և համատեղ քննարկելու համար:  

Այնուհետև ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարի տեղակալ Հովհաննես  Ազիզյանը հակիրճ ներկայացրել է 2017 թվականի ընթացքում նախարարության կողմից իրականացված աշխատանքը, հիմնական ձեռքբերումները, անդրադարձել 2018 թվականի համար նախանշված գերակա խնդիրներին և նախատեսվող միջոցառումներին: 

Նիստի ընթացքում քննարկվել են նախարարոթյան իրավասության ոլորտներին առնչվող օրենսդրական փոփոխությունների, հայկական ապրանքների համար միասնական բրենդի ստեղծման խնդիրների, զբոսաշրջության զարգացման, սպառողների շահերի պաշտպանության, Շուկայի վերահսկողության տեսչական մարմնի իրավասությունների, տեսչական բարեփոխումների և մի շարք այլ թեմաների վերաբերյալ հարցեր: 

Նիստի ավարտին քննարկվել են հետագա համագործակցության մեխանիզմները, որոշվել է հաջորդ նիստի օրակարգը ձևավորելու, 2018 թվականին նախարարին կից հասարակական խորհրդի գործունեության առաջնահերթությունները որոշելու համար առաջարկությունների հավաքագրման ձևաչափը:

Նաև պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել նախարարության կողմից մշակման փուլում գտնվող որոշ նախագծեր ուղարկել հասարակական խորհրդի անդամներին` նրանց առաջարկությունները, դիտողությունները և փորձագիտական կարծիքները ստանալու նպատակով:
