Մեզանում արդեն ավանդույթ է դարձել, բոլոր վիճահարույց օրենքները բերել ու ներկայացնել վերջին պահին՝ առանց դրանք քննարկման ենթարկելու: Տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ կառավարության շատ անդամներ, իրենց սիրելի վարչապետի «դրայվ» հասկացությունը լավ չեն պատկերացրել ու մնացել են այդ «դրայվի» հանցածին ազդեցության տակ:

 Երբ մեկ տարի առաջ, այս նույն օրերին, Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանը հայտարարեց, որ Հայաստանին սպառնում է դեֆոլտ, իշխանությունը համապարփակ վայնասուն բարձրացրեց: Իրականում, դա արդեն կա, պարզապես տարբեր կեղծիքների միջոցով, մենք փորձում ենք խուսափել դրանից: 

Խոսքն այստեղ գնում է ՀՆԱ-բյուջե-պետական պարտք հարաբերակցության մասին: Նախկինում իշխանությունները փոխեցին օրենքը և ԿԲ-ի պարտքերը հանեցին պետական պարտքերի ցանկից, ինչն իհարկե աբսուրդ է: Դա նույնն է, որ ընտանիքն ունենա կուտակած պարտքեր, բայց ինչ -որ պահի որոշի, որ ընտանիքի վրա ծախսված, բայց կրտսեր որդու անունով վերցրած վարկն ընտանիքին չի վերաբերվում:

Այս օրերին, ֆինանսների նախարար Վարդան Արամյանը, Ազգայի ժողով բերեց «Պետական պարտքի մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու օրինագիծը և այն շատ շտապ ընդունվեց ԱԺ մեծամասնություն կազմող ՀՀԿ-ի ջանքերով: Դե իսկ սոցիալիստ դաշնակներն էլ, ինչպես միշտ դամ պահողներն էին:

Ինչով է այս ամենը խնդրահարույց: Նախ մեր պետական պարտքն արդեն անցել է 6 միլիարդ դոլլարի շեմն, ինչն ինքնին խնդիր է և օրենքի խախտում: Մեր բյուջեն մենք փակում են դեֆիցիտով, որի ծավալները շուտով կարող են հասնել սարսափելի չափսերի: Իսկ մենք, հարգելիներս, որպես շարքային քաղաքացիներ, արդեն մեր վզին կուտակել ենք 2000 դոլլարից ավել պարտք, առանց մեր իսկ ցանկության: Իհարկե, տեղյակ ենք, թե ինչի վրա են ծախսվել այդ միջոցները: Գեներալների առանձնատներ, նախարարների կանանց վարսահարդարումից սկսած մինչև շքեղ կյանք և այլն: Դե իսկ նախագահի ու նրա ընտանիքի բարգավաճող բիզնեսների մասին կարելի է չխոսել: Ահա այն ամենը, ինչ պետք է իմանալ Հայաստանի հերթական հրաշագործների մասին:
