Միջազգային հարթակներում ներկայացվածություն ունենալն ու դա ավելի ընդլայնելը, անկասկած բխում է երկրի շահերից: Սա է պատճառը, որ Ծառուկյան դաշինքի առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն օգտագործելով քաղաքական փորձն ու անհատական վարկանիշը, ամեն ինչ անում է, որպեսզի Հայաստանն ավելի ճանաչելի դառնա աշխարհին: 

Հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ բոլոր այն ոլորտները, որոնց ուշադրություն է դարձնում Ծառուկյանը շատ կարճ ժամանակահատվածում ծաղկում և բարգավաճում է, պետք է նշել նաև, որ նրա այս գործողությունները նոր հույսեր է արթնացնում երկրում սոցիալական ծանր կացության մեջ գտնվող հանրության մոտ:

Ահա և այս համատեքստում Ծառուկյանի հերթական խոսքը գործով պսակվեց և Հայաստանում նրա անձնական հրավերով, խորհրդաժողով անցկացնելու նպատակով, աշխարհի ավելի քան 30 երկրներից պատվիրակություններ էին այցելել: Նրանց թվում էր նաև Եվրոպայի Պահպանողականների և ռեֆորմիստների դաշինքի նախագահ, Եվրոխորհրդարանի փոխխոսնակ Յան Զահրադիլը, ով արդեն իսկ ԲՀԿ-ի հետ քաղաքական համագործակցությունից զատ նաև ընկերական ջերմ հարաբերություններ ունի ԲՀԿ առանորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հետ: Անկասկած նմանատիպ կապերն օգնելու են միջազգային հարթակներում Հայաստանի վերաբերյալ դրական պատկերացումներ կազմելուն, ինչին էլ հենց ձգտում է Ծառուկյանը:

Սա համաձայնագրի ստորագրումից հետո առաջին, խոստումնալից և շատ կայուն քայլն է դեպի համագործակցության ամրապնդում, որին հիմք է հանդիսացել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ստեղծած պարզ մարդկային, անձնական հարաբերությունները, որոնք ծառայեցին նաև նրան, որ եվրոպացի խորհրդարանականները այցելեն նաև Արցախ և բազմաթիվ հայտարարություններից և փաստարկներից զատ, իրենց աչքով տեսնեին, թե որն է իրականը, իսկ որը շինծուն: 

Այո Ծառուկյանը ստեղծեց առիթը և հնարավորություն տվեց, որպեսզի Արցախն իր էութայմբ ընկալվի օտարերկրացիների մոտ, ոչ թե ադրբեջանական քարոզչամեքենայի հրամցրած կեղծ տեղեկատվությամբ: Այս նախադեպը պետք է օրինակ ծառայի բոլորին և պետք է հասկանալ մեկ շատ պարզ իրողություն, որ արդյունքի հասնելու համար «օդում արված» հայտարարություններից զատ հարկավոր է նաև գործնական քայլերով դրանք իրականություն դարձնել, հակառակ դեպքում ցանկալի արդյունքի հասնելը անհնար կլինի:
