Սեռական հարաբերությունն օգնում է ոչ միայն ազատվել սթրեսից, այլև ավելորդ կիլոգրամներից, ամրացնել զուգընկերների կապը։ Այն հարկավոր է մարդու հոգեկան և ֆիզիկական առողջության համար։ Սակայն մի խումբ իրավիճակներում սեռական հարաբերություն ունենալը հակացուցված է։

Երբ սեռական հարաբերությունը ցավ է պատճառում։ Սեռական հարաբերության ընթացքում ցավի զգացումը կարող է առաջանալ մի խումբ գործոնների հետևանքով, այդ թվում՝ բակտերիալ վարակների, վնասվածքների, էնդոմետրիոզի։ Այն կարող է նաև հոգեբանական խնդիրների հետևանք լինել։ Տղամարդիկ ևս կարող են ցավ զգալ սեռական հարաբերության ընթացքում, սակայն այդ երևույթը հազվադեպ է հանդիպում։ Տղամարդկանց շրջանում ցավի հիմնական պատճառներն են վարակները, սեռական օրգանների հատվածներում վնասվածքները, որոնք կարող են առաջանալ վեներոլոգիական հիվանդությունների հետևանքով։

Ցանկացած դեպքում հարկավոր է դիմել մասնագետի օգնությանը։

Դաշտանային ցիկլի ընթացքում։ Այս խնդրի առնչությամբ դեռևս բազմաթիվ հարցեր ու կասկածներ են առկա։ Պատասխանը պարզ է. եթե զուգընկերներն առողջ են, չկան ռեալ հակացուցումներ, հատկապես՝ մոնոգամ հարաբերությունների դեպքում։ Եթե մշտական զուգընկերներ չեք, դաշտանային ցիկլի ընթացքում խորհուրդ չի տրվում սեռական հարաբերություն ունենալ առանց պահպանակի, քանի որ դաշտանային ցիկլի ընթացքում ցանկացած վարակ հեշտությամբ է փոխանցվում արյան միջոցով։

Երբ բուժում եք ստանում միզասեռական հիվանդությունների դեմ։ Այս դեպքում կարող են մի խումբ անցանկալի հետևանքներ առաջանալ, ինչի պատճառով խորհուրդ է տրվում բուժման ընթացքում խուսափել սեռական հարաբերություն ունենալուց։

Ցածր իմունիտետի դեպքում։ Ցածր իմունիտետ ունեցող մարդիկ առավել հակված են վարակների ցանկացած կոնտակտի դեպքում, այդ թվում՝ չափազանց ընկալունակ են սեռական ճանապարհով փոխանցվող վարակների նկատմամբ։ Ցածր իմունիտետի հիմնական պատճառներն են.

  • ստերոիդների ընդունում
  • հղիություն
  • ՄԻԱՎ։

Այս դեպքերում հարկավոր է կապի մեջ չմտնել պատահական զուգընկերոջ հետ, իսկ սեռական հարաբերության դեպքում պահպանակ օգտագործել։

Բարձր ռիսկայնության հղիության դեպքում։ Սեռական հարաբերություն ունենալը չի վնասում երեխային։ Սակայն սեռական հարաբերությունը հակացուցված է, երբ հղիությունը գնահատվում է բարձր ռիսկայնության։

Ինտիմ հիգիենայի բացակայության դեպքում։ Անսպասելի սեռական հարաբերություն ունենալու արդյունքում կարող եք վտանգավոր վարակ ձեռք բերել։ Քրտինքն ու այլ արտադրությունները կարող են կուտակվել հիգիենայի նորմերի պահպանման բացակայության դեպքում, ինչը հեշտացնում է վարակի փոխանցումը։
