ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Դավիթ Հարությունյանն այսօր ընդունել է ԵՄ-Հայաստան խորհրդարանական համագործակցության հանձնաժողովի եվրոպացի գործընկերներին՝ Հանձնաժողովի համանախագահ Սաջադ Քարիմի գլխավորությամբ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱՆ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, նախարար Հարությունյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել գործընկերներին համատեղ իրականացրած հսկայածավալ աշխատանքների համար և անդրադարձել Սահմանադրության 2015 թվականի փոփոխություններից հետո օրենսդրական ոլորտում իրականացված և մինչև 2018 թվականի ապրիլի ինն իրականացվող գործընթացներին:

Եվրոպացի գործընկերների խնդրանքով արդարադատության նախարարն անդրադարձել է նաև դատաիրավական բարեփոխումներին, մասնավորապես, դատական համակարգի անկախության ամրապնդմանն ուղղված մեխանիզմների ներդրմանը, ինչպես նաև ներկայացրել է հակակոռուպցիոն ոլորտում իրականացված աշխատանքները: Վերջինիս առումով նախարար Հարությունյանն առանձնացրել է ապօրինի հարստացման քրեականացումը, կանխիկ դրամի շրջանառության սահմանափակումը, հայտարարագիր տվող անձանց շրջանակի ընդլայնումը, հայտարարագրման գործընթացի բարելավումը, ազդարարների ինստիտուտի ներդրումն, ինչպես նաև Հակակոռուպցիոն մարմնի ստեղծման համար իրականացվող աշխատանքները: Անդրադարձել է կատարվել  հակակոռուպցիոն մեկ այլ՝ էլեկտրոնային գործիքների ներդրմամբ քաղաքացիներին պետական ծառայություններ մատուցելու և հանրային ծառայությունները մասնավոր հատվածին պատվիրակելու ուղղությամբ տարվող  աշխատանքներին:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում արդարադատության նախարարը ներկայացրել է նաև 2017 թվականի ապրիլի 2-ի ՀՀ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների վերաբերյալ ԵԱՀԿ/ԺՀՄԻԳ դիտորդական առաքելության վերջնական զեկույցի առաջարկների իրացման ուղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքները` այդ համատեքստում կարևորելով Արդարադատության նախարարության մշակած ՀՀ ընտրական օրենսգրքում և մի շարք հարակից օրենքներում փոփոխություններ և լրացում կատարելու մասին օրենքների նախագծերը, որոնց ընդունման արդյունքում առավել արդյունավետ պայքար կմղվի ընտրությունների և հանրաքվեի ընթացքում վարչական ռեսուրսի չարաշահման դեպքերի բացառման ուղղությամբ:
