ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը պատրաստ է նախարարությունում ընդունել «Աջ ղեկ» նախաձեռնության անդամներին, ովքեր դեկտեմբերի 22-ին նախատեսում են բողոքի ավտոերթ անցկացնել՝ կապված աջակողմյան ղեկային տեղաբաշխմամբ տրանսպորտային միջոցների ներմուծման արգելք նախատեսող նախագծի հետ:

«Նախարարը պատրաստ է կառուցողական մթնոլորտում լսել նախաձեռնության անդամների առաջարկները և նրանց հետ միասին քննարկել խնդիրը»,- ասաց նախարարի մամուլի քարտուղար Անահիտ Առաքելյանը:   

ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարությունն իրավական ակտերի, նախագծերի միասնական e-draft.am կայքում հանրային լայն քննարկման է ներկայացրել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում աջակողմյան ղեկային տեղաբաշխմամբ տրանսպորտային միջոցների շահագործման կանոնակարգման վերաբերյալ նախագիծը:

Նախագծով առաջարկվում է 2018 թվականի ապրիլի 1-ից ժամանակավորապես արգելել աջակողմյան ղեկով տրանսպորտային միջոցների ներմուծումը Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն: Նախագծի հիմնավորման մեջ նշված է, որ Հայաստանում աջակողմյան ղեկային տեղաբաշխմամբ տրանսպորտային միջոցների շահագործումը երթևեկության համար վտանգ է ներկայացնում, քանի որ աջակողմյան երթևեկության դեպքում տրանսպորտային միջոցի վարորդն ունի սահմանափակ տեսանելիություն:

«Մասնավորապես, կանգառի կամ կայանման վայրից տրանսպորտային միջոցի շարժումն սկսելու, երթևեկության գոտի վերադասավորվելու, երթևեկության ուղղությունը փոփոխելու, վազանց կատարելու և այլ դեպքերում: Հաշվի առնելով վերը նշվածը, նախագծերով առաջարկվում է ժամանակավորապես արգելել աջակողմյան ղեկային տեղաբաշխմամբ տրանսպորտային միջոցների ներմուծումը, իսկ հետագայում նաև շահագործումը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում»,- ասված է նախագծում:

Նախագծով առաջարկվում է նաև թույլատրել մինչև 2018 թվականի ապրիլի 1-ը ներկրված տրանսպորտային միջոցների շահագործումը, սակայն սահմանափակել տրանսպորտային միջոցների վերահաշվառումը:
