Որևէ վարկատու կազմակերպություն երբեք չի դժգոհել Հայաստանից, քանի որ երկիրն ունի բարեխիղճ վարկառուի համբավ:  Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում դեկտեմբերի 25-ին ասաց ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության Պետական պարտքի կառավարման վարչության պետի տեղակալ, գործառնական բաժնի պետ Սամվել Խանվելյանը: «Պարտքի շեմն աճում է, բայց դա վարկատուի խնդիրը չէ, դա մեր խնդիրն է, մենք պարբերաբար ու պարտաճանաչ իրականացնում ենք մեր պարտավորությունները, իսկ նրանք հետևում են մեր պարտքի ծավալներին: Եթե ռիսկեր տեսնեն վարկառուի մեր կարգավիճակի հետ կապված, մեզ նոր վարկեր չեն տրամադրի»,- ասաց պաշտոնյան:

Անդրադառնալով հաջորդ տարի Հայաստանի արտաքին փոխառություններին` նա նշեց, որ այն կկազմի 411 միլիոն դոլար, իսկ արտաքին պարտքի սպասարկմանը նախատեսվում է հատկացնել 307 միլիոն դոլարը: «Ներգրավված միջոցներն ուղղվելու են կապիտալ ծախսերի իրականացմանը, իսկ դա ավելացնելու է Համախառն ներքին արդյունքը, այսինքն` դա տնտեսական աճ ապահովող գործոն է»,-նշեց Սամվել Խանվելյանը:

Ինչ վերաբերում  է պետական բյուջեի դեֆիցիտին,  ապա 2018-ին պլանավորված է 157 միլիարդ դրամի չափով: «Դրանից 77 միլիարդը նախատեսվում է ֆինանսավորել ներքին աղբյուրների հաշվին, մոտ 80 միլիարդն էլ` արտաքին աղբյուրների հաշվին: Ընդ որում` ներքին աղբյուրների հաշվին միայն գանձապետական պարտատոմսերով նախատեսվում է ֆինանսավորել 47 միլիարդ դրամի չափով»,-ասաց պարտքի կառավարման մասնագետը: Նա հավելեց, որ ինչպես 2017 թվականին, այնպես էլ 2018-ին առկա է նվազող դեֆիցիտային բյուջե, հաջորդ տարի դեֆիցիտը կկազմի ՀՆԱ-ի մոտ 2.7 տոկոսը:

ՀՀ փաստացի պետական պարտքը 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ի դրությամբ կազմել է 2.631 մլրդ, 2017 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ի դրությամբկանխատեսվում է 2.992 մլրդ, իսկ 2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ի դրությամբ՝ 3.173 մլրդ դրամ:
