Գեղարքունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում ավարտվել է Հովհաննես Ս.-ի գործի դատական քննությունը:

48-ամյա Հովհաննեսը բնակվել է մոր՝ Գրետայի հետ:

Վերջինս տեսողական ու առողջական այլ խնդիրներ է ունեցել, նրան խնամել, նրա համար հոգ են տարել ծանոթները, իսկ որդին ՝ Հովհաննեսը, մոր խնամքով չի զբաղվել, նրան «որպես մայր չի ընդունել», հաճախ վիճել է հետը, սպառնացել է սպանել, բայց մայրը հաշտվել ու համակերպվել է որդու հետ:

Հովհաննեսը, ըստ դատական ակտի, մշտական աշխատանք չի ունեցել, հաճախ մորից է գումարներ պահանջել:

Գրետան, վախենալով որդուց, իր ոսկե զարդերը, խնայած գումարներն ու փաստաթղթերը որդուց թաքցնելու համար պահ է տվել ծանոթուհուն:

2017 թվականի հունիսի 18-ին, ժամը 19-ի սահմաններում Հովհաննես Ս.-ն մոր հետ հերթական վիճաբանության ժամանակ մորը սպանելու դիտավորությամբ պղնձե մեկուսիչով մալուխը փաթաթել է մոր պարանոցին, հանգույցով ձգել ու խեղդամահ է արել նրան:

Երբ մոր ծանոթ Համբարձումը զանգել է նրա հեռախոսին, Հովհաննեսն անջատել է հեռախոսը: Համբարձումը անհանգստացել է Գրետայի համար, գնացել է նրանց տուն: Հովհաննեսին տեսել է լոգարանից դուրս գալիս: Ցանկացել է ներս մտնել, տեսնել՝ ինչպես է Գրետան: Բայց Հովհաննեսը նրան թույլ չի տվել առաջ գնալ ու տանից դուրս է հանել, իսկ ինքը դիմել է փախուստի:

Համբարձումը, Հովհաննեսի շփոթված ու անհանգիստ վիճակը կասկածելի համարելով, ահազանգել է ոստիկանություն:

Ոստիկանները մտել են ներս ու Գրետային հայտնաբերել են մահճակալի վրա՝ մալուխով խեղդամահ արված վիճակում:

Հովհաննեսին մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել մորը դիտավորյալ սպանելու համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում Հովհաննեսն իրեն մեղավոր չի ճանաչել: Նա հայտնել է, թե դեպքի օրն ինքը տուն է գնացել, տանը մարդ չի եղել: Իր մայր Գրետան գտնվում է Ռուսաստանում: Իր հետ ապրել է մի ծանոթ կին՝ նա խնդրել էր ժամանակավորապես օթևան տալ իրեն:

Հովհաննեսը պնդել է, թե մարդ չի սպանել, իրենց բնակարանում խեղդամահ արված կինն իր մայրը չէ, խեղդամահ անողն էլ ինքը չի…

 

Տուժողի իրավահաջորդը հայտնել է, թե Հովհաննեսն իր խորթ եղբայրն է, իսկ Գրետան իր մայրն է:
