Այս երեխայի մայրը պատմում է՝ ինչպես կարելի է 8 ամսական երեխային սովորեցնել քնել և չլացել գիշերները․ հրաշք մեթոդ

Լաուրա Գերսոնը մտածել է, թե ինչպես կարող է օգնել իր փոքրիկ աղջկան քնել ամբողջ գիշեր։ Երեխան քնում է ծծակներով շրջապատված։

Երեխան կարող է շուռումուռ գալ քնի մեջ, արթնանալ։ Նրա ձեռքի տակ միշտ կա ծծակ։ Այդպես 8 ամսական երեխան կարող է քնել ամբողջ գիշեր առանց որևէ խնդրի և նա այլևս ստիպված չի լինել մայրիկին անհանգստացնել։

Լաուրան տեղադրել է նկարը համացանցում  խորհրդի կարգով, որից հետո բազմաթիվ ծնողների իրենց շնորհակալության խոսքն են ասել նրան։ Սա իսկապես աշխատում է։ Աշխարհի տարբեր ծայրերում փորձել են այս միջոցը։

 Լաուրան սկսել է պատել երեխայի մահճակալը 10 ծծակներով, երբ նա դեռ 3 ամսական էր։  Այդ ժամանակ երեխան դեռ քնում էր մոր կողքին։ Հետո, երբ անցավ մի քանի ամիս, մայրը կարողացավ թողնել երեխային միայնակ մահճակալում։

«Նա արթնանում էր գիշերները, սկսում էր լացել, ձեռքերը և ոտքերը շարժել․․․։ Հետո վերցնում էր ծծակը և հանգստանում», — գրում է Լաուրան։

Երբ երեխայի 8 ամսականը լրացավ, նա սկսեց միայնակ քնել, մայրը ստիպված չէր 10 անգամ գիշերվա ընթացքում մտնել սենյակ և դուրս գալ։ Աղջիկը սովորեց ինքուրույն իրեն հանգստացնել։

Այժմ Լաուրան մտածում է, ինչպես կարելի է երեխային «կտրել» ծծակից, քանի որ արդեն մոտենում է այդ տարիքը։
