Ինչպես հայտնի է, ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանն աշխատանքային այցով գտնվում է Շվեյցարիայում։ Հիմնական նպատակը թերևս Դավոսում անցկացվող ամենամյա ֆորումին մասնակցելն է։ Սակայն մինչ այդ, Կարեն Կարապետյանն ունեցել է հանդիպումներ Ցուրիխում։

Ի մասնավորի, Ցյուրիխում աշխատանքային ճաշ է ունեցել Շվեյցարիա-Հայաստան առևտրային պալատի ներկայացուցիչների և շվեյցարացի գործարարների հետ: Ինչպես ասում են, զբոսանքը լավ է մարսողությանը։ Սակայն վարչապետը որոշել է զբոսանքի փոխարեն ելույթ ունենալ։ Լենին պապիկը կասեր՝ իսկական կոչ, որով նա դիմել է շվեյցարացի բուժուաներին։ 

Կարապետյանն ասել է. «Այսօր ձեզ ուղղված իմ ուղերձը պարզ ու անկեղծ է՝ եկե՛ք ու բիզնեսով զբաղվեք Հայաստանում, եկե՛ք ու ներդրումներ արեք Հայաստանում: Մեր երկիրը ներդրումներ կատարելու և բիզնեսով զբաղվելու արժանի վայր է: Մենք նշանակալի բարեփոխումներ ենք նախաձեռնել տարբեր՝ պետական կառավարման, հարկային և մաքսային, կրթության ոլորտներում, մենք բարելավում ենք բիզնես միջավայրն ու մթնոլորտը՝ խթանելու տեղական ձեռներցությունն ու օտարերկրյա ներդրումների ներգրավումը: Մենք բարելավում ենք զբոսաշրջային ոլորտն ու ծառայությունները: Ու իսկապես, 2017 թվականի արդյունքները խոստումնալից են և, ընդհանուր առմամբ, մենք բավարարված ենք կատարված աշխատանքով»:

Հետաքրքիր է, արդյո՞ք վարչապետի խոսքի ժամանակ գյուղից մարդ չի եղել։ Չնայած գիտեք, դա այդքան էլ էական չէ։ Նրանք նույն ստերը խոսում են նաև մեզ մոտ։ Ինչ է, վարչապետը կարծում է, թե 21-րդ դարի տեխնոլոգիաների պարագայում, ներկաները չե՞ն կարող իմանալ, թե այս ընթացքում քանի ներդրող է սնանկացել ու թալանվել Հայաստանում։ Իհարկե կարող են։ Կամ այդ ի՞նչ բարեփոխումների մասին է խոսում վարչապետը, որ մենք նույնիսկ չգիտենք։ Դա այն դեպքում, երբ ամեն օր բարեփոխում ենք տենչում։  Մնում է ճշտել, թե ում հաշվին է կազմակերպվել վարչապետի շվեյցարական այցը։
