Ինչպես հայտնի է, ամենամեծ առևտրաշրջանառությունը մենք ունենք Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ։ Բացի առևտրաշրջանառությունից, Հայաստան մտնող գումարների, հատկապես անհատապես ուղարկվող, հսկայական մասը գալիս է Ռուսաստանից։ Մեր տնտեսության մեջ քիչ չէ նաև ռուսահայ գործարարների ունեցած մասնաբաժինը և հետաքրքրությունները։

Սա իհարկե, մեր իշխանությունների անհետևողական ու ստրկամիտ քաղաքականության արդյունքն է։ Նրանք լինելով անդեմ ու ուզուրպացնել․ով իշխանությունը, հիմնական աջակցությունն ստացել են հենց Կրեմլից։ Իսկ Կրեմլը, բնականաբար, Հայաստանի համար անվճար ոչինչ չի անում։

Մենք ոչ միայն չենք թողել եզրեր արտաքին ասպեկտում խուսանավելու, այլ նաև առաջացել է խնդիր ներքին հնարավորությունների ռացիոնալ ու օբյեկտիվ օգտագործելու հարցում։ Այնքան ենք զիջել մեր ինքնիշխանությունը, որ ռուսական ներկայությունն ամենուր է։ Այս առումով, Հայաստանն ստացավ հերթական հարվածը։

ԱՄՆ-ի ֆինանսների նախարարությունը պատրաստել է պատժամիջոցների նոր օրենքով նախատեսված «կրեմլյան ցուցակը», հայտնում է Bloomberg-ը: Ցանկում ընդգրկված է 96 գործարար, որոնց կարողությունը գերազանցում է 1 միլիարդ դոլարը և 116 պաշտոնյա: Ռուս օլիգարխների ցանկում ընդգրկված են նաև «Տաշիր» ընկերության սեփականատեր Սամվել Կարապետյանը և «Ռոսգոսստրախ»-ի ղեկավար Դանիլ Խաչատուրովը, ինչպես նաեւ հայազգի Սերգեյ Գալիցկին:

Մտահոգիչ է հատկապես Սամվել Կարապետյանի անձը։ Եթե վերջին երկուսն Հայաստանում առանձնապես հայտնի չեն, ապա Սամվել Կարապետյանը, բացի ներդնողների ակումբի անդամ լինելուց, Հայաստանում ունի լուրջ բիզնեսներ։ Էլեկտրաէներգիայի բաշխիչ ցանցերը Ձեզ օրինակ։ 

Իհարկե, սկզբնական փուլում այս ամենը վերաբերվում է բանկային համակարգին, բիզնես ծրագրերին ու դրամաշրջանառությանը։ Սակայն չի բացառվում, որ օրերից մի օր, ԱՄՆ-ն սկսի սանկցիաներ կիրառել այն երկրների նկատմամբ, որոնք Ռուսաստանից զենք են գնում։ Թե մենք, թե Ադրբեջանը, օգտվում են ռուսական զենքի շուկայից։ Ադրբեջանը փող ունի ու կարող է այս խնդիրը կարգավորել՝ հնարավոր զարգացումների դեպքում։ Կոտրած տաշտակի առաջ կկանգնենք մենք։
