 Չկա մի տարի, որ չմտածենք կենսաթոշակների բարձրացման մասին։ «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ԶԼՄ-ների ներկայացուցիչների համար անցկացվող սեմինարի ժամանակ հայտարարեց ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Վարդան Արամյանը՝ պատասխանելով հաջորդ տարի կենսաթոշակների բարձրացման հնարավորության մասին հարցին։ «Մենք յուրաքանչյուր տարի էլ դիտարկում ենք կենսաթոշակների և սոցիալական ծախսերի բարձրացման հարցը, բայց ես պետք է վստահ լինեմ, որ տնտեսական աճը պերմանենտ է, ոչ թե պատահականության արդյունք։ Տնտեսական աճին զուգահեռ պետք է իջնի նաև գործազրկությունը, երբ դա տեղի ունենա, ես կարող եմ մտածել նաև կենսաթոշակների բարձրացման մասին։ Քո տնտեսական աճը քո արտադրողականության աճի հաշվին է, բայց մենք դա չենք կարող ունենալ, եթե չանենք կապիտալ ծախսեր, աշխատուժի ներուժի զարգացում»,-ասաց Վարդան Արամյանը՝ հավելելով, որ սեփական ներուժի վրա պետք է դնել հույսը։

ՀՀ ֆինանսների փոխնախարար Արմեն Հայրապետյանը ներկայացրեց 2017 թվականին կատարված աշխատանքի արդյունքներն ու մակրոտնտեսական ցուցանիշները՝ նշելով, որ սպասումների համեմատ ապահովվել է զգալի աճ՝ հաշվի առնելով տնտեսական ակտիվության 7․7 տոկոսանոց տնտեսական ակտիվության ցուցանիշը։ «2017 թվականին տնտեսական աճը ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության գնահատականով՝ կկազմի շուրջ 6,7 տոկոս, իսկ ՀՆԱ-ի դեֆլյատորի աճը՝ 1,5 տոկոս։ Մեկ շնչին ընկնող ՀՆԱ-ն 2017 թվականի արդյունքներով կկազմի շուրջ 3 հազար 799,8 ԱՄՆ դոլար»,-ասաց նա։ Անդրադառնալով ընթացիկ հաշվի պակասուրդին՝ Արմեն Հայրապետյանը նշեց, որ 2017-ի գնահատականով այն կկազմի շուրջ 4 տոկոս՝ մոտենալով իր երկարաժամկետ հավասարակշիռ մակարդակին։ «Ընթացիկ հաշվի պակասուրդը ոչ ռեզիդենտների հետ մեր ռեզիդենտների գործարքներն են, դա ներառում է արտահանումը, տրանսֆերտների ու եկամուտների ստացումը, ծառայությունների ներմուծումն ու արտահանումը։ Եթե բացասական նշանով է այդ ցուցանիշը (-4), նշանակում է, որ դրսի աշխարհից կախվածություն ունենք»,-նշեց փոխնախարար Հայրապետյանը։

2017 թվականին նախորդ տարվա համեմատ արտահանման աճը ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության գնահատականներով կկազմի շուրջ 23,5 տոկոս, իսկ ներմուծումը կաճի մոտ 28 տոկոսով։ Տարվա արդյունքներով դրամական փոխանցումների աճը գնահատվում է 13,4 տոկոս։
