«Աշխատասենյակը համարվում է տվյալ աշխատակցի անձնական տարածքը, որտեղ մուտք գործելուց եւ նկարահանում կատարելուց առաջ պետք է տեղեկացնել այդ անձին եւ ստանալ նրա համաձայնությունը»,-Aravot.am-ի հետ զրույցում անդրադառնալով Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանում օրերս լրագրողների աշխատանքի խոչընդոտման դեպքին՝ ասաց «Ինֆորմացիայի ազատության կենտրոնի» հիմնադիր-նախագահ Շուշան Դոյդոյանը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ փետրվարի 19-ին «Երկիր Ծիրանի» խմբակցության ղեկավար Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը լրագրողներին ներկայացրել էր Քաղաքապետարանի ծառայողական սենյակներում աշխատանքային ժամին որոշ անձանց՝ թղթախաղով զբաղվելու փաստը, ինչի ժամանակ էլ խոչընդոտվել էր լրագրողների աշխատանքը:

«Բայց միջանցքում, օրինակ, նկարահանում անելու թույլտվության խնդիր չկա, չէ՞ որ լրագրողները հավատարմագրված են»,-նկատեց Շուշան Դոյդոյանը: Նա միաժամանակ նշեց՝ անձնական տվյալներ կարող են հրապարակվել, եթե կա հանրային կարեւորության խնդիր:

«Եթե չեմ սխալվում, միջադեպը եղել է վարորդների սենյակում, այդ պատճառով լրագրողների մուտքին փոքր ինչ վերապահումով կմոտենայի, որովհետեւ խոսքը վարորդների՝ ազատ ժամանակ անցկացնելու մասին է: Բայց եթե լրագրողները գտնում են, որ հանրային նշանակության խնդիր կա, նրանք կարող են անձնական տվյալներ հրապարակել»,-ընդգծեց մեր զրուցակիցը:
