Կարո՞ղ եք ասել, թե երեկվա գլխավոր իրադարձությունը որն էր? Բոլորս էլ գիտենք, չէ՞, այն 1.5 միլիարդ դոլար տրանսֆերտների մասին, հասարակության մի փոքր հատվածն էլ գիտի այն թոշակների մասին, որ մեր թոշակառուների մի ստվար զանգված ստանում է ՌԴ-ից, իսկ գործարար հատվածն էլ բնականաբար չի բարձրաձայնում ՌԴ-ում իր բիզնեսներից ստացված գումարների մասին. պատկերը ի մի բերելու համար կարելի է նշել նաև ՀՀ-ում ՌԴ կապիտալով գործող ընկերությունների միջոցով մեր տնտեսության մեջ ներդրվող դրամական միջոցների մասին: Եվ ահա՛, այս ահռելի գումարները հոկտեմբերի 4-ից սկսած մի քանի օրերի, իսկ երեկ արդեն ժամերի ընթացքում արժեզրկվեցին, կորցրեցին իրենց գնողունակության շուրջ 50%-ը: Արդեն իսկ ռուսական ամբողջ մամուլը խոսում է սպասվող գնաճի մասին, իսկ մինչև Ամանոր շատ տնտեսագետների կանխատեսմամբ ռուբլին ավելի կարժեզրկվի՝ 1 ԱՄՆ դոլարը կարժենա 55 ռուբլի: Եվ այսպիսի պայմաններում մեր կառավարությունը գլխակորույս վազում է դեպի ԵՏՄ, որտեղ իսկ արդեն շրջանառության ծավալների կտրուկ անկում է եղել: Դեռ մի հատ էլ նախարարություն են ստեղծում միջազգային տնտեսական ինտեգրման հարցերով:
