 ՀՀ ԱՆ «Արթիկ» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի աշխատակիցները փետրվարի 22-ին` ժամը 16:00-ի սահմաններում, օպերատիվ տվյալներն իրացնելով, հիմնարկի վարչական շենքում անձնական խուզարկության են ենթարկել Գյումրի քաղաքի բնակիչ Վ. Ն.-ին, ինչի արդյունքում վերջինիս բաճկոնի ձախ գրպանից հայտնաբերել և առգրավել են ծխախոտի 2 տուփ և մեկ բջջային հեռախոս: Առաջին ծխախոտատուփի մեջ առկա էին 9 հատ սպիտակ գույնի «Pfizer PGN 150» գրառմամբ և 26 հատ «Pfizer PGN 75» գրառմամբ դեղապարկուճներ, իսկ երկրորդում՝ մի քանի գլանակների մեջ լցված կանեփանման զանգված: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱՆ ՔԿՎ հանրային կապերի բաժնից:

Ավելի վաղ` փետրվարի 15-ին՝ ժամը 19:30-ի սահմաններում, «Վարդաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի աշխատակիցները, օպերատիվ տվյալներն իրացնելով, անձնական խուզարկության են ենթարկել դատական նիստից հետո հիմնարկ վերադարձած կալանավոր Վ. Բ.-ին: Արդյունքում` վերջինիս մոտից հայտնաբերել և առգրավել են բաժանորդային քարտով մեկ բջջային հեռախոս, 65 հատ դեղին դեղապատիճ և 0,5 լիտր տարողությամբ ոգելից խմիչքին բնորոշ սուր հոտով պոլիէթիլենային 2 տոպրակ:
