«Նորք» ինֆեկցիոն հիվանդանոցում «կապույտ հազ» ախտորոշմամբ 2 ամսական երեխա է մահացել

Առողջապահության նախարարությունը ցավով տեղեկացնում է, որ փետրվարի 22-ին «Նորք» ինֆեկցիոն կլինիկական հիվանդանոցում մահացել է «կապույտ հազ» ախտորոշմամբ 2 ամսական երեխա: Երեխան, ինչպես և ընտանիքի մյուս 2 երեխաները ծնողների հրաժարվելու պատճառով կապույտ հազի դեմ չեն պատվաստվել: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից:

Հիվանդությունը փոքրիկի մոտ սկսվել է մոտ 1 ամիս առաջ: Չնայած տարածքային պոլիկլինիկայի մանկաբույժի հորդորին, ծնողը հրաժարվել է հոսպիտալացումից: Համաճարակաբանական հետազոտության արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ հիվանդը և նրա զույգ եղբայրը կապույտ հազով վարակվել են 2 տարեկան 9 ամսական քրոջից։

Նշենք, որ վերջին երկու ամսվա ընթացքում Հայաստանում դիտվում է կապույտ և հարկապույտ հազով հիվանդացության աշխուժացում։ Նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակամիջոցի 3 դեպքի փոխարեն գրանցվել է  լաբորատոր հաստատված 12 դեպք։ Դրանցից 8-ը չպատվաստված երեխաներ են, իսկ 2-ը` թերի պատվաստված: Հարուցչի ակտիվ շրջանառության պայմաններում գերզանցապես տուժում են մինչև մեկ տարեկան երեխաները։ Կապույտ հազին բնորոշ են այնպիսի բարդությունները, ինչպիսիք են թոքաբորբը, բրոնխիտը, էնցեֆալիտը(ուղեղի ախտահարումը), որոնք կարող են երեխայի մահվան պատճառ դառնալ։

ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը մեկ անգամ ևս շեշտում է, որ կապույտ հազի կանխարգելման միակ անվտանգ և արդյունավետ միջոցը պատվաստումն է: Միայն ժամանակին և լիարժեք իրականացված պատվաստումները կարող են նվազեցնել հիվանդության հարուցիչների շրջանառությունը։

Ծնողներին հորդորում ենք ամենայն լրջությամբ վերաբերվել պատվաստումներից հրաժարմանը։ Դա կարող է ամենաանցանկալի հետևանքն ունենալ։ Պետք է հիշել, որ պատվաստումով կարող եք կանխել հիվանդությունը և դրանից  սպասվող բարդությունները:
