Lifer.com.ua կայքը գրում է, որ սուր լեյկոզի պարագայում հիվանդությունը բավական արագ է զարգանում, իսկ քրոնիկականի դեպքում՝ դանդաղ։ Ամեն դեպքում, նշված ախտանիշերը նկատելու դեպքում դիմեք բժշկի և հետազոտություն անցեք։

  1. Հոգնածություն և թուլություն։ Կարող եք թեթև հոգնածություն զգալ, ինչպես նաև ֆիզիկական ծայրահեղ հոգնածություն։ Բոլոր դեպքերում էլ նախանշանները ժամանակի հետ սրվում են։
  2. Շնչահեղձություն՝ առանց պատճառի։ Ախտանշաններից մեկը կարող է լինել նաև շնչահեղձությունը, որն առաջանում է անեմիայով, կամ, որ առավել հազվադեպ է պատահում, կրծքավանդակում ուռուցքային գոյացություններով։ Շնչահեղձությունը կարող է նաև թոքերի քաղցկեղի պատճառ լինել։
  3. Անսպասելի կամ չափից շատ արյունազեղումներ։ Առանց ֆիզիկական վնասվածքների առաջացող արյունազեղումները կարող են լեյկոզի ախտանիշ լինել։ Բժիշկ Լևիսի խոսքերով՝ հանկարծակի առաջացող կապտուկները կարող են լինել մարմնի տարբեր մասերում, բայց առավել հաճախ՝ վերջույթների վրա։
  4. Անոմալ արյունահոսություն։ Քթից, լնդերից, թոքերից անոմալ արնահոսությունը կարող է թրոմբոցիտների ցածր քանակի կամ մակարդելիություն խնդրի հետևանք լինել, ինչը բնորոշ է սուր լեյկոզին։
  5. Արնազեղումներ մաշկի տակ։ Իրենց փոքր չափի, ցավոտ չլինելու պատճառով դրանք կարող են աննկատ մնալ։ Հիմնականում առաջանում են ներքին վերջույթներում և խոսում են թրոմբոցիտների ցածր քանակի մասին։
  6. Ուռած լնդեր։ Չնայած սա հանդիպում է շատ քիչ հիվանդների դեպքում, ամեն դեպքում, կարող է խոսել արյան հետ խնդրի առկայության մասին։
  7. Հագեցածության զգացում։ Քրոնիկական, երբեմն նաև սուր լեյկոզի նախանշաններից մեկը հագեցածության զգացումն է։ Հիվանդների մոտ կարող է զարգանալ «արագ կշտանալու» զգացում։
  8. Ցավ կամ անհարմարություն փորի վերին, ձախ հատվածում։ Լեյկոզի արդյունքում մեծացած փայծաղը երբեմն առաջացնում է անհարմարության զգացում, նույնիսկ սուր ցավեր։
  9. Ջերմություն կամ հարբուխ։ Սրանք ամենահաճախ հանդիպող ախտանշաններից չեն։ Դրանք հանդիպում են սուր լեյկոզով հիվանդներից քչերի մոտ, իսկ քրոնիկական լեյկոզով տառապողների մոտ գրեթե չեն հանդիպում։
  10. Գիշերային քրտնարտադրություն։ Սրանք հաճախ վարակների արդյունք են, որոնք կարող են կապված լինել լեյկոզի հետ։
  11. Ուժեղ գլխացավեր։ Ոչ հաճախ, սակայն որոշ դեպքերում գլխացավերը կարող են լեյկոզի ախտանշան լինել։
  12. Չափազանց գունատություն։ Սա կարող է անեմիայի ախտանշան լինել՝ հիմնականում սուր, երբեմն նաև քրոնիկ լեյկոզի դեպքում։
  13. Ցավեր ոսկորներում։ Ոսկորներում ցավը հարաբերականորեն՝ հազվադեպ, բայց հաճախ, ինչպես քրոնիկական, այնպես էլ սուր լեյկոզի անհերքելի նշան է։
  14. Ուռած ավշահանգույցներ։ Վարակների դեպքում ավշային հանգույցները չափերով մեծանում, ապա փոքրանում են, սակայն, եթե դրանք ուռած են մնում կամ շարունակում են մեծանալ, դա կարող է լեյկոզի նշան լինել:
  15. Ցան։ Լեյկոզով հիվանդ յուրաքանչյուր 20-րդ մարդու մաշկի վրա ցան է առաջանում։
  16. Հաճախակի վարակներ։ Մյուս ախտանշանների հետ միասին հանդիպող հաճախակի վարակները կարող են բժշկի դիմելու ազդանշան լինել։
