Այսօր՝ փետրվարի 28-ին, Ազգային ժողովն ընտրեց Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի առաջին կազմի հինգ անդամներին, որոնց առաջադրել էին «Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցություն» և «Հայ Յեղափոխական Դաշնակցություն» խմբակցությունները:

Orer.am-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ հաշվիչ հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Գագիկ Մելիքյանը ներկայացրեց քվեարկության արդյունքները: Ընտրություններին մասնակցել են 105 պատգամավորներից 98-ը: ՍԴ նախագահ Գագիկ Հարությունյանի օգտին գրանցվել է կողմ 96, դեմ 2 քվեաթերթիկ, Արդարադատության նախկին նախարար Գևորգ Դանիելյանի օգտին` 1 անվավեր, կողմ 90, 7 դեմ, Լիպարիտ Մելիքջանյանի օգտին` 1 անվավեր, կողմ 82, 15 դեմ, Հայկ Հովհաննիսյանի օգտին` 1 անվավեր, 86 կողմ 11 դեմ, Սերգեյ Մեղրյանի օգտին` 1 անվավեր, 87 կողմ 10 դեմ քվեաթերթիկներ։ Թեկնածուներն ընտրվեցին հինգ տարի ժամկետով:

Նրանք մոտենում էին ԱԺ ամբիոնին և երդվում. «Ստանձնելով ԲԴԽ բարձր պաշտոնը` ՀՀ ժողովրդի առաջ երդվում եմ իմ պարտավորությունները կատարել ՀՀ Սահմանադրության ու օրենքներին համապատասխան՝ ապահովելով իրավունքի գերակայությունը, երաշխավորելով դատարանների ու դատավորների անկախությունը»:

«Սա համարում եմ մանր ժուլիկություն, քաղաքական հեռուն գնացող մոտեցում` ընդդեմ «Ելք» խմբակցության» ,- վարման կարգով հայտարարեց «Ելք» խմբակցության ղեկավար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ մեկնաբանելով քվեարկության պատկերը։ Փաշինյանի խոսքով՝ իրենց խմբակցության 7 անդամներ դեմ են քվեարկել Գագիկ Հարությունյանին ու Գևորգ Դանիելյանին, սակայն քվեարկության արդյունքներն այլ բան են արտացոլում: «Բոլորը միաձայն ստորագրել ու հաշվել են քվեաթերթիկները։ Անհիմն հայտարարությունների կարիքը չենք տեսնում,- հակադարձեց Գագիկ Մելիքյանը»: «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցությունից Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը նշեց. «Մենք նույնպես հանձնաժողովում ունենք ներկայացուցիչներ։ Մենք անվերապահորեն վստահում ենք նրանց ու նրանց ներկայությամբ մանիպուլյացիա չէր կարող լինել։ Մենք առաջարկում ենք վերահաշվարկ»:

ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանն արձագանքեց. «Էական չէ, թե քանի ձայն կլինի ու խնդրում եմ ավելորդ արտահայտություններով խլրտումներ չանեք։ Եթե ուզում եք, կարող եք վերահաշվարկ անել»:
