Հայաստանի ոսկերչական արտադրանքը Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության, մասնավորապես, ռուսական շուկայում դժվարությունների է հանդիպում` կապված հարգերի փոխճանաչման հետ: Հայաստանի ոսկերիչների միության նախագահ, «Երևանի ոսկերչական գործարան-1 Գնոմոնի» ղեկավար Էմիլ Գրիգորյանի խոսքով` խնդիրը մի քանի տարի է, ինչ իրենք բարձրացնում են, բայց լուծում դեռևս չկա:

«ԵԱՏՄ տարածքում ոսկերչական իրերի արտադրությամբ հիմնականում զբաղվում են Հայաստանն ու Ռուսաստանը: Մյուս երկրներն ավելի շատ սպառողներ են: Խնդիրը նրանում է, որ առևտրական դաշտում բոլորի հարգերը պետք է ընդունվեն բոլոր հինգ պետությունների կողմից, բայց հարցը դեռևս լուծում չունի: Հիմա էլ Ռուսաստանի կողմից նոր քննարկում է ծավալվում ԵԱՏՄ տարածքում ոսկերչական իրերի վրա մակնշում կատարելու պահանջով: Դա հիմնականում կատարվում է իրերի ոչ օրինական հոսքերը կանգնեցնելու նպատակով»,-ասաց Էմիլ Գրիգորյանը:

Ոսկերչական իրերին փակցվող թերթիկի ողջ տեղեկատվությունը նախատեսվում է անցկացնել արդեն արտադրանքի վրա, որն, ըստ մասնագետի, տեխնիկապես բարդ է: «Մակնշման հարցը քննարկման գործընթացում է, վերջին հանդիպման ժամանակ ռուսական կողմի ներկայացուցիչները ասացին, որ կես տարի իրենց մոտ փորձնական մակնշում կիրականացնեն, իսկ մյուս տարվա սկզբից բոլոր երկրները պետք է անցում կատարեն այդ համակարգին»,-հավելեց Էմիլ Գրիգորյանը:

ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարի խորհրդական Գագիկ Մկրտչյանի խոսքով` մակնշումը բարդ ու աշխատատար գործընթաց է, այն նաև որոշակի ծախսեր է պահանջում` կապված անհրաժեշտ սարքավորումների արժեքի հետ: Բացի այդ` ըստ պաշտոնյայի, արտադրողականության նվազման հարց կարող է առաջանալ: Գագիկ Մկրտչյանը նշեց, որ մակնշումը դեռևս ապագայի հարց է, այսօր հիմնական խնդիրը ԵԱՏՄ-ում հարգորոշման ճանաչումն է:

«Երկուսից երեք տարի անընդհատ քննարկում ենք այս հարցը, պատրաստվել է համաձայնության նախագիծ, որում առաջարկված է հարգադրոշմները և հարգորոշման արդյունքները ճանաչել յուրաքանչյուր երկրի կողմից մյուս երկրների համար: Որոշակի առաջընթաց ունենք, բայց հարցը վերջնականապես չի կարգավորվել»,-ասաց Գագիկ Մկրտչյանը:

Քանի որ ԵԱՏՄ-ում որոշումներն ընդունվում են կոնսենսուսով, իսկ դա երկար ժամանակ է պահանջում, հայկական կողմից ռուսաստանցի գործընկերներին առաջարկվել է երկկողմ ճանաչման պայմանագիր ստորագրել, մինչ ԵԱՏՄ կանոնակարգի վերջնականացումը: Նրանց կողմից արձագանքը սպասում են մինչև մարտի 12-ը:
