ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունն արձագանքել է Գյումրու մի խումբ ստոմատոլոգների կողմից էլեկտրոնային առողջապահական համակարգի անվտանգության կապացությամբ բարձրացված հարցին։

ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից տեղեկացրին, որ «Գյումրու մի խումբ ստոմատոլոգների կողմից էլեկտրոնային առողջապահական համակարգի անվտանգության կապացությամբ բարձրացված հարցի կապակցությամբ տեղեկացնում ենք հետևյալը։

Համակարգի նախագծման և մշակման գործընթացին մասնակցել են ինչպես ՀՀ պետական համապատասխան մարմինների ներկայացուցիչները և մասնագետները, այնպես էլ Համաշխարհային բանկի էլեկտրոնային  առողջապահական ոլորտի փորձագետները: Էլեկտրոնային առողջապահական համակարգում տվյալների հասանելիության, իրավասությունների տրամադրման գործընթացները և մեխանիզմները ներդրվել են լավագույն փորձի հիման վրա՝ օգտագործելով աշխարհում առկա առաջադեմ անվտանգության, ինչպես նաև տվյալների պաշտպանության փորձը՝ առաջնորդվելով ISO/IEC 29100 և ISO 27001 ստանդարտներով։

Էլեկտրոնային առողջապահական համակարգը ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից ձեռք է բերվել Էրիքսոն (Ericsson) միջազգային հայտնի ընկերությունից, որն էլեկտրոնային տեղեկատվական համակարգերի ոլորտում շուրջ 140 տարվա փորձ ունի։

Համակարգի մուտքը օգտատերերի համար կատարվում է օգտագործելով միմիայն խիստ նույնականացման մեխանիզմներ. անհատի խիստ նույնականացումը կատարվում է ՀՀ ոստիկանության կողմից տրված նույնականացման քարտի միջոցով ՀՀ միակ հավատարմագրված հավաստագրման կենտրոնի՝ «Էլեկտրոնային կառավարման ենթակառուցվածքների ներդրման գրասենյակ» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության կողմից հանրային բանալիների ենթակառուցվածքի (PKI) ծրագրային և ապարատային գործիքների կիրառմամբ՝ տվյալ անձի համար նախկինում անհատապես թողարկված հավաստագիրը տվյալ անձի ինքնության հետ հստակ նույնականացնելու ավտոմատացված գործընթացով:

Հավելենք, որ էլեկտրոնային առողջապահական համակարգ մուտք գործելու դեպքում քաղաքացու համար հասանելի է բացառապես իր անձին մատուցված բժշկական ծառայությունների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը։

Գյումրիի ստոմատոլոգների բարձրացրած մյուս հարցերի պարզաբանումներն` առաջիկայում»։
